目前，包括创始人在内公司一共16人，小而精的团队在配合上也十分默契，每一类项目所有人都有机会接触参与，这种共创、一起成长的工作模式让季意的业务形态不受到太大限制，从民宿酒店、文化空间到商业展示、私宅等领域都有涉猎。
