URBANUS都市实践成立以来参与了大量重要的建筑和城市设计项目，已建成包括文化教育、办公、商业、居住、景观、改造与更新以及公共艺术装置等作品数十项，如深圳罗湖美术馆、大芬美术馆、华•美术馆、雅昌艺术中心、土楼公舍、美伦公寓&酒店、回酒店、南方科技大学图书馆、体育馆，中广核大厦、深业上城LOFT、华侨城创意文化园改造、南头古城保护与更新、山西五龙庙环境整治、唐山博物馆、唐山城市规划馆、京杭大运河创想中心、北京世园会植物馆、西侯度古人类遗址保护、北京四合院改造系列等。

都市实践的设计既尊重城市现有的空间肌理，又能在城市中恰如其分地表达出自身的个性。一系列建成作品成为城市生活新地标，多次获得重要建筑奖项：如WA设计奖、THE PLAN奖、亚洲建筑师协会奖、中国建筑传媒奖、美国《建筑实录》年度全球设计先锋并获得阿卡汗建筑奖提名。

 

The design of urban practice not only respects the existing spatial texture of the city, but also appropriately expresses its own personality in the city. A series of completed works have become new landmarks of urban life, and have won important architectural awards for many times, such as wa design award, the plan award, Asian Architects Association Award, China Architectural Media Award, the annual global design pioneer of American architectural records, and have been nominated for akahan Architecture Award.

 

都市实践的工作以其对城市的社会和历史结构的敏锐观察、善于整合复杂的城市环境中潜在的空间和社会文化资源，进而找到准确、有效的应对策略而广受国际关注。 都市实践作品在纽约、伦敦、巴黎、米兰、柏林、威尼斯、里斯本、圣保罗、巴塞罗那、东京、罗马、鹿特丹、布鲁塞尔、维也纳、香港、新加坡、台北等地展出，受到全球知名建筑及设计媒体广泛关注。 URBANUS都市实践努力拓展新的设计和研究平台，积极探讨更广泛的国际化跨领域合作模式。

 

The work of urban practice has attracted international attention because of its keen observation of the social and historical structure of the city, its ability to integrate the potential space and social and cultural resources in the complex urban environment, and then find accurate and effective coping strategies. Urban practical works have been exhibited in New York, London, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Venice, Lisbon, Sao Paulo, Barcelona, Tokyo, Rome, Rotterdam, Brussels, Vienna, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei and other places, and have received extensive attention from world-renowned architectural and design media. Urbanus urban practice strives to expand new design and research platforms, and actively discusses more extensive international cross domain cooperation modes.

 

2010年成立研究部专注于城市设计、策划、展览和研究。聚焦中国城市现状，积极推进对创意产业模式，高密度城市更新，旧城历史街区和城中村保护与再生等课题的研究。都市实践拥有完善的项目管理体系和经历多年实践磨练的作品实施团队，目前在深圳、北京设立工作室，三位创建合伙人在共同的都市实践理念下，作为主持建筑师各自以工作室模式带领设计与研究项目，面向未来，力求创作更加多元和独具个性的建筑作品。

 

In 2010, the research department was established to focus on urban design, planning, exhibition and research. Focus on the current situation of Chinese cities, and actively promote the research on creative industry model, high-density urban renewal, protection and regeneration of old urban historical blocks and urban villages. Urban practice has a perfect project management system and a work implementation team that has experienced years of practice. At present, it has set up studios in Shenzhen and Beijing. Under the common urban practice concept, the three founding partners, as the presiding architects, lead the design and research projects in the studio mode, and strive to create more diverse and unique architectural works for the future.
