我们的研究课题包括了：

——集约用地条件下的中大型复杂公共建筑的设计方法；

——教育建筑的创新空间类型；

——建筑材料与构造的建构研究；

——工业化建筑的表达；

——保障性住区与住宅空间与形态；

——低层高密度住宅空间类型研究；

——在2017年，我们受融创中国委托，历时两年时间，推出了宋式住宅产品线“雅颂系”。这也开启了一个全新的课题：中国传统建筑的现代演绎。

 

Our research topics include:

——The design method of medium and large complex public buildings under the condition of intensive land use;

——Innovative space types of educational buildings;

——Research on the construction of building materials and structures;

——Expression of industrialized architecture;

——The space and form of indemnificatory residential area and residence;

——Research on the space types of low rise and high density residential buildings;

——In 2017, entrusted by rongchuang China, we launched the song style residential product line "Yasong series" over a period of two years. This also opens a new topic: the modern interpretation of Chinese traditional architecture.

 

我们的公共建筑设计在三大类型方面业绩突出：

——社区配套类公建，包括社区中心、中小学、幼儿园、养老院、社区商业、销售中心、甚至消防站和教堂；

——商业街区和商业综合体，包括旧建筑的商业改造，并可以提供设计和招商运营联合服务；

——酒店，我们已完成多个五星级商务酒店，并且在积极拓展度假类酒店业务。

我们的住宅设计类型涵盖面很广，包括了大型保障房片区的规划和住宅设计、租赁式住宅/公寓、普通商品房住区、高端别墅区和城郊度假区，形成了我们对人居空间完整的研究体系。

 

Our public building design has made outstanding achievements in three types:

——Community supporting public buildings, including community centers, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, nursing homes, community businesses, sales centers, and even fire stations and churches;

——Commercial blocks and commercial complexes, including the commercial transformation of old buildings, and can provide joint services for design and investment promotion and operation;

——Hotel, we have completed several five-star business hotels, and are actively expanding the business of holiday hotels.

Our residential design types cover a wide range, including the planning and residential design of large-scale affordable housing areas, rental housing / apartments, ordinary commercial housing settlements, high-end villas and suburban resorts, forming a complete research system for human settlements.
