HDD设立有规划、建筑、景观、结构、设备等五大专业部门，由来自同济大学、清华大学、东南大学等着名高校，并长期从事设计实践的建筑师、工程师领衔组成。

HDD has five professional departments, including planning, architecture, landscape, structure and equipment, led by architects and engineers from famous universities such as Tongji University, Tsinghua University and Southeast University who have been engaged in design practice for a long time.

目前拥有员工三百多位，其中包括五十多位博士及硕士，四十多位高级建筑师、高级工程师及一级注册建筑师、一级注册结构工程师、注册设备工程师。来自于中国各个地方的年青建筑师、工程师以及来自于境外的建筑师，使“华都设计”形成了丰富多彩的企业文化。“华都设计”崇尚原创设计，营造轻松自由、兼容并蓄的学术氛围，同时，重视员工的职业生涯规划。公司的管理层十分专注于实践与研究并重，研究领域涉及城市研究、建筑研究及社会研究。

HDD is a nationwide design company. Since its establishment for more than five years, it has completed hundreds of projects including schemes and construction drawings. The project area spans the southeast and northwest of China, and the content of the project covers many fields. HDD projects are not only in large and medium-sized cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Dalian, Jinan, Dongguan and Sanya, but also in central and western regions such as Henan, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang.
