项目位于杭州市萧山区的科技城启动区，这座总规模超过百万方的立体城市，并汇集国际学校、医院、邻里中心等丰富业态。以开放、恒久、成长的理念打造一座无界的“国际社区”。项目以人性化规划理念为出发点，在比较狭小的地块内思考各个设计节点的更好关系。高层点板结合，洋房临河而立。保证所有产品均可观赏河景，景观资源最大化。因场地局限，我们通过简洁富有层次的空间设计提升回家体验。

The project is located in the start-up area of the science and Technology City in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, a three-dimensional city with a total scale of more than one million square meters, and a collection of international schools, hospitals, neighborhood centers and other rich business forms. Build an unbounded "international community" with the concept of openness, permanence and growth. The project takes the humanized planning concept as the starting point, and considers the better relationship between various design nodes in a relatively small plot. The high-rise buildings are combined with the buildings, and the western-style houses stand near the river. Ensure that all products can enjoy the river scenery and maximize the landscape resources. Due to the limited space, we improved the home experience through simple and hierarchical space design.

对一期产品进行优化提升，采用“去走道”的设计手法，创造出了视觉上震撼人心、使用上利用率最高的超宽横厅。

The phase I products were optimized and upgraded, and the design method of "going to the walkway" was adopted to create an ultra wide horizontal hall that is visually impressive and has the highest utilization rate in use.

核心筒及主体框架为浅色铝板，顶部穿孔铝板、金属百叶等与之同色，强调整体统一性。不同材料间搭配恰当，勾勒出建筑线条的现代感。

The core tube and the main frame are light colored aluminum plates, and the top perforated aluminum plates and metal shutters are the same color, emphasizing the overall unity. Different materials are properly matched to outline the modern sense of architectural lines.

主体框架为浅色铝板，阳台通过横向线脚拉通，搭配连贯的玻璃栏板，提升现代风格的品质感。入户门头为浅色石材，满足色系统一的同时，升华近人尺度内迎宾的尊贵感。

The main frame is light colored aluminum plate, and the balcony is pulled through the horizontal line foot, matched with the continuous glass breast board to enhance the sense of quality of the modern style. The entrance door is made of light colored stone, which meets the requirements of color system one and sublimates the sense of honor of welcoming guests in the near scale.

主体浅色铝板特殊设计，平均分缝、错位分缝相结合，在简洁中“低调”地做些点缀，赋予建筑灵性和独特。

The light colored aluminum plate of the main body is specially designed with the combination of average joint and dislocation joint. It makes some ornaments in a simple and "low-key" way, endowing the building with spirituality and uniqueness.

紧密结合户型原有界面——大阳台、落地窗、平齐的南立面，从功能出发做“最适合”的立面设计。

车行组织：车行出入口位于地块西侧，分为两个坡道下到地下室。

景观分析：

在场地局限的条件下，我们通过酒店式入口来提升回家体验。通过简洁富有层次的空间设计，让“小场地”产生“大空间”的感受，增添回家的仪式感。

Landscape analysis:

Under the limited conditions of the site, we use the hotel entrance to improve the home experience. Through the concise and hierarchical space design, the "small site" will have the feeling of "big space" and add the sense of home ceremony.
