It starts from the southern end of South Xinhua Street in the south and reaches the intersection of Tieshuxie Street, Cherry Xie Street, Tangzi Street and Hanjia Hutong in the north. This street was called the Wu Dao Temple in the Ming Dynasty, and the Wu Dao Temple was built in the 35th year of Ming Dynasty Wanli, and minister Wang Xiangqian of the Ming Military Department called this place “the place where the dragon vein traffic and horses converge” of Zhengyangmen and Xuanwumen, and Should be suppressed by temples. Passing through from a narrow entrance, the spatial relationship is a simplified version of Beijing’s traditional courtyard, and we have renovated the courtyard – although the original spatial properties are completely enclosed, we want to still maintain a sense of density and order, so we make the closed courtyard as transparent and bright as possible.
