本方案功能分为商业，影院，超市，会所。其中商业分布为西侧一层，东侧一二三四层，会所在五层。超市在西侧二三层，影院在西侧四层。

This plan is divided into commercial, cinema, supermarket, and club functions. The commercial distribution is on the first floor on the west side, on the second, third, and fourth floors on the east side, and the clubhouse is on the fifth floor. The supermarket is on the second or third floor on the west side, and the cinema is on the fourth floor on the west side.

设计力求建筑的内外空间富有个性，二三四层环形走廊，贯穿整栋建筑，将四面八方的通道联系在一起，提升商业价值，营造和谐便捷的商业氛围。

The design strives for a personalized interior and exterior space of the building, with two, three, and four story circular corridors running through the entire building, connecting channels from all directions, enhancing commercial value, and creating a harmonious and convenient commercial atmosphere.

在立面处理上整体风格为现代徽派风格，强调材质的运用和细节的推敲，同时满足规划的控制要求。多层商业部分入口处做标识性建筑处理，立面上醒目突出，具有明确的引导性。

In terms of facade treatment, the overall style is modern Huizhou style, emphasizing the use of materials and careful consideration of details, while meeting the control requirements of planning. The entrance of the multi-storey commercial section is treated with a landmark building, with a prominent facade and clear guidance.

底层商业入口与玻璃陈列橱窗，与人行道紧密结合，极大了丰富了街道景观，形成良好的商业气氛。利用建筑立面的虚实对比来加强建筑力度，突出其商业特点，独特的徽派风格，使整体建筑得到了升华。

The bottom commercial entrance and glass display windows are closely integrated with the sidewalk, greatly enriching the street landscape and forming a good commercial atmosphere. Utilizing the contrast between the virtual and real aspects of the building facade to strengthen the building's strength, highlighting its commercial characteristics, and the unique Huizhou style, the overall building has been sublimated.
