渭南市文化艺术中心，渭南/建筑设计

渭南市文化艺术中心是由清华大学建筑设计研究院设计，计划总投资是3亿元，总建筑面积是33900多平方米，主要由大剧院、多功能展厅、影城、艺术培训用房四个功能实体组成，是一座集综艺演出、大型会议、群众文化活动、艺术培训、现代影城、陈列展览、文化商街为一体的综合艺术中心。重点核心建设项目大剧院是由地下一层和地上三层看台组成，可同时容纳1000多名观众进行观看。

Weinan culture and Art Center is designed by the architectural design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University, with a total planned investment of 300million yuan and a total construction area of more than 33900 square meters. It is mainly composed of four functional entities: Grand Theater, multi-functional exhibition hall, cinema and art training room. It is a comprehensive art center integrating variety shows, large conferences, mass cultural activities, art training, modern cinema, exhibition and exhibition, and cultural business street. The Grand Theater, a key core construction project, is composed of the first floor underground and the third floor above the ground, which can accommodate more than 1000 spectators at the same time.

渭南市文化艺术中心建筑面积3.3万平方米。渭南市文化艺术中心合理规划场馆设置，科学使用文艺设施，在非遗展示传习馆一楼设有552座的多功能报告厅，能开展大型非遗项目的传习展演，还可以开展大型书画展、摄影展、群文比赛、文化大讲堂、会议讲座、文艺演出等活动，在二楼设有非遗展示传习馆可以开展全市非遗保护传习活动、也具备现场技能展示、技艺传承、实地体验、非遗保护名录简介等功能。

There is an intangible cultural heritage exhibition and transmission hall on the second floor, which can carry out the city's intangible cultural heritage protection and transmission activities It also has the functions of on-site skill display, skill inheritance, on-site experience, introduction to intangible cultural heritage protection list, etc.

群众文化艺术培训中心设有4个艺术培训室，5个星级团队活动室、1个会议室、1个报告厅、1个活动室，同时该群艺馆还设有声乐、舞蹈、戏曲、书法、美术等7个培训室，一个阅览室，一个报告厅。该中心拥有藏书3万余册，收集有刺绣、陶瓷、布老虎、拴马桩、皮影、泥塑、石刻、面花等民间工艺品3千多件，能够保证最大限度地为群众开展免费公共文化艺术服务。

The center has a collection of more than 30000 books, collecting more than 3000 folk handicrafts such as embroidery, ceramics, cloth tigers, horse pegs, shadow puppets, clay sculptures, stone carvings, facial flowers, etc., which can ensure that free public cultural and artistic services can be carried out for the masses to the greatest extent.

三座建筑的外墙材料分别采用关中传统的青砖、石材，以及玻璃幕墙。青砖墙面做凸凹肌理变化，玻璃幕墙采用开缝构造（形成灰空间避免能耗），强调两种不同时代材料的质感对比。青砖立面上有2cm，6cm和10cm三种凸出尺寸，以砖的光影变化为建筑增添生气。型钢的斜线手法实际是与文化行政中心区的大绿地肌理有所呼应，由墙面延伸下来和地面融合，与绿地景观形成一种同质关系。南立面窗檐部分进行多重的叠涩处理，延续关中传统建筑的特质。建筑的场地规整，通过不规则的地景和水池设计，以及丰富的建筑形体关系和表皮肌理，活化并激发出独特的场所氛围。

The exterior walls of the three buildings are made of Guanzhong traditional green brick, stone and glass curtain wall. The blue brick wall surface has convex and concave texture changes, and the glass curtain wall adopts slotted structure (forming gray space to avoid energy consumption), emphasizing the texture comparison of two materials in different times. There are three protruding sizes of 2cm, 6cm and 10cm on the green brick facade, adding vitality to the building with the change of the light and shadow of the brick. The oblique line technique of profile steel actually echoes the texture of the large green space in the cultural and administrative center, which extends down from the wall and integrates with the ground, forming a homogeneous relationship with the green landscape. The window eaves of the south facade are subject to multiple overlapping treatments, continuing the characteristics of traditional buildings in Guanzhong. The site of the building is regular. Through the irregular landscape and pool design, as well as the rich architectural form relations and skin texture, the unique site atmosphere is activated and stimulated.

在不设整体集散大厅的思路下，项目以三幢建筑构成聚落。设计研究建筑的在地性问题，以非对称布局方式，弱化所在行政中心区主轴线的呆板，活跃建筑的群体感。三幢建筑各成方向，相互对话，共同营造文化的场所感。秦腔高亢激昂、激烈碰撞，借此文化特性，建筑以长方盒子为基础进行变形，形体之间相互碰撞，相互耦合。

Under the idea of not setting up an overall distribution hall, the project consists of three buildings. The design studies the local nature of the building, weakens the rigidity of the main axis of the central administrative area in an asymmetric layout, and enlivens the sense of community of the building. Each of the three buildings has its own direction. They talk with each other and jointly create a sense of cultural place. Qin opera is high spirited and violent. Taking advantage of this cultural feature, the buildings are deformed on the basis of rectangular boxes. The shapes collide and couple with each other.
