理念一：打造蔚州新门户，塑造小镇客厅，行成特色鲜明的形象区域。

造厅：塑造小镇人性尺度的街道、广场、草坪，混合功能开发建设成为小镇的会客厅，形成一个具有鲜明特征的场所。

序列：进园（公园），进院（广场），进厅（客厅）。

Planning concept:
