The completion of Cangxing Yipin precisely reflects the exploration and experimentation of architecture in this contradiction. 项目位于河北省沧州市东部新城核心区,北临百川路,西临千童南大道,东侧为规划道路。基地成规则矩形,南北总长约220m,东西总长约350m,占地76117.47㎡,约114.18亩,周边规划以居住用地为主。基地西临千童公园;南沿两侧各60m范围的干渠,其将建设成为新的区域风景——沿河绿化带(百丰公园);东边是国际商业区;北面则为蔡庄子民居。项目周围环境优美,舒适宜居,但基础配套设施缺乏,令其仅限于居住功能,未形成社区的联动及城市的联接。

The base is formed into a regular rectangle, with a total length of approximately 220 meters from north to south and 350 meters from east to west. It covers an area of 76117.47 square meters, approximately 114.18 acres, and the surrounding area is mainly planned for residential use. The base is adjacent to Qiantong Park to the west; The main canal on both sides of the south bank, within a range of 60m, will be constructed into a new regional landscape - the riverside green belt (Baifeng Park); To the east is the International Business District; To the north is the residence of Cai Zhuangzi. The surrounding environment of the project is beautiful and comfortable to live in, but the lack of basic supporting facilities limits it to residential functions and does not form a linkage between communities and cities.

 

任何建筑与其所处环境都是密不可分的,环境为一切设计的开始,而其又被细分为物理环境与社会环境。因此,怎样规避现有条件中的缺憾,如何将建筑与环境的对话完整呈现,是设计的首要考量。

Therefore, how to avoid deficiencies in existing conditions and how to fully present the dialogue between architecture and the environment is the primary consideration of design.

功能布局

Functional layout

 

项目的地上规划建筑面积152179.16㎡,地下91024.75㎡,容积率1.999,保证了小区的整体绿化及居住品质。住宅楼均为高层,建筑面积1235.86.06㎡,其中保障房建筑面积14144.32㎡,立面均简洁大气,对称分布在以小区主入口、景观及建筑组成的中轴线两侧,形成围合、丰富的秩序空间。小区商业面积10717.58㎡,配套公建2167.96㎡。集中商业沿北侧的百川路展开,南北两侧皆有大尺度广场;项目东侧亦设有商业和幼托配套。这种中轴对称的围合式布局手法看似封闭内向,实则通过小区内外的交流互动,参与到城市的有机生长。在这里,空间没有被建筑所束缚,而是超越内与外的界限,自由地获取场所,实现建筑、城市与人的再思考。

The facades are simple and atmospheric, symmetrically distributed on both sides of the central axis composed of the main entrance, landscape, and buildings of the community, forming a surrounded and rich orderly space. The commercial area of the community is 10717.58 square meters, with supporting public buildings of 2167.96 square meters. Concentrated commercial activities unfold along Baichuan Road on the north side, with large-scale squares on both north and south sides; There are also commercial and childcare facilities on the east side of the project. This axisymmetric enclosed layout technique may seem closed and introverted, but in reality, it participates in the organic growth of the city through communication and interaction within and outside the community. Here, space is not constrained by architecture, but transcends the boundaries between the inside and outside, freely acquiring places, and realizing the rethinking of architecture, city, and people.

沧州一品住宅区设置了两个与城市道路相连的出入口和三个地下车库出入口。小区车行主干道宽6m,转弯半径大于9m,其与隐形道路作为消防车道,以使消防车可达每幢建筑;消防车道每120m设置消防栓,上空4m范围内无障碍物。高层建筑山墙间距均小于30m。

 

The Cangzhou Yipin residential area has two entrances and exits connected to urban roads and three underground garage entrances and exits. The main road of the residential area is 6m wide, with a turning radius greater than 9m. It serves as a fire lane along with invisible roads to allow fire trucks to reach each building; Fire hydrants are set up every 120m of the fire lane, and there are no obstacles within a range of 4m above. The spacing between gable walls in high-rise buildings is less than 30m.

 

小区采用了人车分流的道路系统,力求便捷有序地保障内部空间品质。机动车可直接进入地下车库;行人在进入东侧与北侧两个主入口后,通过公共空间过渡到各楼座;北侧的沿街商铺则组织成商业流线。小区内地上停车位94个,地下1790个。这种交通组织对外与城市保持距离,对内丰富了空间体验,从视觉、心理和环境上打造“回家的最后一公里”。

景观绿化

Landscape greening

 

住宅区绿地率41.53%,其以主景观轴贯穿东西向,将入口和下沉广场、雕塑广场相连,同时对应南北向的次景观轴线。小区高层住宅将中心花园围合成“鼎”字形,这样不仅为每一户居民提供了充足的光线,亦使身处室内的人与室外景观联动。行走于园区景观道路,仪式感油然而生,仿佛走向未来闪闪发光的生活。

 

The green space rate in residential areas is 41.53%, with the main landscape axis running through the east-west direction, connecting the entrance with the sunken square and sculpture square, and corresponding to the north-south secondary landscape axis. 项目的建筑密度14.52%,住户986户,预计入驻人口3155人。住宅楼在设计上强调居住生活的品质,注重户型的舒适性及私密性,保证每户均可享受较好的朝向及景观,尽量避免西向户型出现,并通过建筑布局及间距的控制最大限度的避免对视。立面采用偏暖色的新古典主义风格,强调竖向线条,在城市界面勾勒出一个高耸挺拔且优雅大方的标志性形象。

 

The building density of the project is 14.52%, with 986 households and an estimated population of 3155 people. In the design of residential buildings, emphasis is placed on the quality of living, the comfort and privacy of the unit type, ensuring that each household can enjoy a good orientation and landscape, avoiding the appearance of westward facing units as much as possible, and minimizing eye contact through the control of building layout and spacing. The facade adopts a warm neoclassical style, emphasizing vertical lines, outlining a towering and elegant iconic image on the urban interface.

 

商业立面的设计在顾客视线集中的区域做了重点处理,于基座部分采用石材,顶部则做了部分竖向立面装饰线条。小区配套的托幼、文化活动站、社区用房等均与整体设计风格保持一致,且将公共空间资源最大化。

 

The design of the commercial facade has focused on areas where customers have a concentrated view, with stones used in the base and some vertical facade decorative lines made at the top. The supporting childcare, cultural activity stations, and community buildings in the community are consistent with the overall design style, and maximize public space resources.

沧海一品不仅展现了人们对居住空间的诉求,而且可被视为整个区域、甚至城市的预览窗口,其设计理念、空间策略、交通流线、景观绿化,均浓缩于此。当人们开始与它一起生活,就会不断向内探寻、向外生长,渐渐衍化出一种可持续的生活方式、一个凝聚价值观的社区、一座生长型的未来城市。

 

Canghai Yipin not only demonstrates people's demands for living space, but can also be seen as a preview window for the entire region, or even the city. Its design concept, spatial strategy, traffic flow lines, and landscape greening are all concentrated here. When people start living with it, they will constantly explore and grow outward, gradually evolving into a sustainable lifestyle, a community that embodies values, and a growth oriented future city.
