燕京理工学院传媒学院改造设计方案，北京/室内

设计说明：基于全面性的分析空间结构，性质以及空间功能，得出四大设计策略：1以保护现有空间结构的基础上对空间进行翻新整合；2针对空间功能需求，引入新的设计理念，给空间增添新的活力；3将空间教学空间重新规划，形成教学空间链，并与公共空间相结合以便教学的便利性以及独立性；4在现有空间的基础上重新定义空间性质，引入现代办学理念，以及教学空间需求，塑造国际型教学空间。

Design Description: Based on a comprehensive analysis of spatial structure, properties, and functions, four design strategies are proposed: 1. Renovation and integration of the space while protecting the existing spatial structure; 2. Introduce new design concepts to meet the functional requirements of the space, adding new vitality to the space; 3. Re plan the spatial teaching space, form a teaching space chain, and combine it with public spaces for the convenience and independence of teaching; On the basis of existing space, redefine the nature of space, introduce modern educational concepts, and demand teaching space to shape an international teaching space.

学院位于北京东燕郊迎宾北路，与北京行政副中心仅有一河之隔，是集传媒教育、产业和技术研发于一体的大型综合性产教生态共同体。

The College is located in Yingbin North Road, East Yanjiao, Beijing, just across the river from the Beijing Administrative Sub-Center. It is a large-scale comprehensive industrial and educational ecological community integrating media education, industry and technology research and development.
