The Wanjiali Road (Zhongyi Road to Furong South Road) project is an urban main road (which will be an expressway in the long term) with a total length of 1.884km and a red line width of 66m. The main road is arranged in double six and auxiliary road is arranged in double four, with the main road at 60km/h and auxiliary road at 30km/h. The route passes through the Shangshuangtang Depot and the elevated section of Metro Line 1.

 

 

技术难度

难点一：道路纵断面：主线与南侧轨道尚双塘车辆段高差24m，同时要与北侧工业地块相衔接（高低路幅纵断方案）

难点二：道路横断面：须考虑南半幅尚双塘车辆段的建设，北侧需考虑工业用地单位的需要，在车辆段布置高低路幅。

复杂程度及影响程度

调整万家丽路规划标高：南、北车道分离，南北两幅标高分别根据两侧用地在规划标高基础上适当上调。

由于道路南半幅标高为了满足车辆段边坡的需要，标高在规划的基础上最大上调6m，而北半幅标高考虑到北侧用地的限制，上调有限，使道路南北两幅高差为4.5m。

该方案减少万家丽路土石挖方量；对车辆段场内标高及护壁桩按原设计影响相对较小，对车辆段的的工程造价及工期影响小。同时北半幅标高只在规划标高基础上局部做适当调整，最大调高2m，对道路北侧地块厂区的标高影响小，保证北侧已建厂房的进出，对开发商基本上不造成经济损失。

 

This plan reduces the amount of earthwork excavation on Wanjiali Road; The impact on the elevation and retaining piles in the depot according to the original design is relatively small, and the impact on the engineering cost and construction period of the depot is relatively small. At the same time, the elevation of the northern half of the road is only partially adjusted based on the planned elevation, with a maximum elevation of 2 meters. This has little impact on the elevation of the factory area on the north side of the road, ensuring the entry and exit of the existing factory building on the north side, and basically not causing economic losses to the developer.
