难点一:道路纵断面:主线与南侧轨道尚双塘车辆段高差24m,同时要与北侧工业地块相衔接(高低路幅纵断方案)
难点二:道路横断面:须考虑南半幅尚双塘车辆段的建设,北侧需考虑工业用地单位的需要,在车辆段布置高低路幅。

该方案减少万家丽路土石挖方量;对车辆段场内标高及护壁桩按原设计影响相对较小,对车辆段的的工程造价及工期影响小。同时北半幅标高只在规划标高基础上局部做适当调整,最大调高2m,对道路北侧地块厂区的标高影响小,保证北侧已建厂房的进出,对开发商基本上不造成经济损失。
