COLNAGO于1944年创立,距今已经80余年。在钢架时代,意大利生产全球最好的自行车,其中五个顶级品牌被合称为“一王四后”,梅花就是这其中的“王”,代表了当时最高的工艺水平。如今公路车进入碳纤维时代,各种材料学、空气动力学、人体工学等技术集于一身,大规模工业生产取代手工作坊已成为主流,与此同时不少意大利高端手工品牌都走向衰弱,坚守传统的梅花在许多新领域都慢半拍,地位已经不如往昔。但从另外一个维度考量,无论现在买多么先进的车架,过多几年一换代就会显得落伍;而做工精湛,如艺术品一般的梅花自行车,却能够超越时间。伴随着梅花赞助的阿联酋航空车队,队员波加查近几年夺得多届环法冠军与环西冠军,COLNAGO再次进入了品牌的高光时刻。
COLNAGO was founded in 1944, and it has been over 80 years since then. During the steel frame era, Italy produced the best bicycles in the world, among which five top brands were collectively known as “One King and Four Dukes,” with the brand Mei Hua being the “King,” representing the highest level of craftsmanship at that time. Today, as road bikes have entered the carbon fiber era, various technologies such as materials science, aerodynamics, and ergonomics have converged, and large-scale industrial production has replaced traditional workshops as the mainstream. Meanwhile, many high-end Italian handmade brands have weakened, and Mei Hua, which adheres to tradition, has lagged behind in many new fields, losing its former status. However, from another perspective, no matter how advanced a bike frame one buys now, it will seem outdated after a few years of generational change; whereas a Mei Hua bicycle, crafted with exquisite workmanship like a piece of art, can transcend time. Accompanied by the UAE Team Emirates sponsored by Mei Hua, rider Pogacar has won multiple Tour de France and Vuelta a España championships in recent years, bringing COLNAGO back into the spotlight.

结合COLNAGO品牌的故事和气质,我们与主理人花老板都想把COLNAGO门店打造成继承COLNAGO古典气质的同时,也与全新的科技技术相融合的品牌形象门店。
Combined with the story and temperament of the COLNAGO brand, we and the owner of the flower want to build the COLNAGO store into a brand image store that inherits the classical temperament of COLNAGO and integrates with the new technology at the same time.

门店位于两栋高层形成的一条廊道中间,入口朝北,仅靠北侧入口单侧采光,入口即是采光面也是展示面。为了更好的让东西侧的人流一眼看到门店的位置,我们将入口墙面外拉,两侧进入,外拉的墙体用粗面莱姆石镂空出梅花logo “♣”图案 ,让光线透过梅花logo 洒进室内。门头上方是唯一可以放置空调外机的位置,采用镜面不锈钢把外机进行包裹,面贴COLNAGO品牌logo,当天上的云影被门头反射,就出现了“半米门头一鉴开,天光云影共徘徊”的动态效果。
The store is located in the middle of a corridor formed by two high-rise buildings, with the entrance facing north. It relies solely on the northern entrance for natural light, which serves as both the light source and the display area. To ensure that people from the east and west sides can easily see the store’s location, we have extended the entrance wall outward, allowing access from both sides. The outward-extended wall is adorned with rough lime stone, intricately carved to form a plum blossom logo “♣”, allowing light to filter through the logo into the interior. Above the entrance is the only position available for placing the air conditioning unit, which is encased in mirrored stainless steel, featuring the COLNAGO brand logo. When the shadows of the clouds above are reflected on the entrance, a dynamic effect is created, reminiscent of the phrase “Half a meter of entrance reveals a view, where light and cloud shadows linger together.”

从入口开始,到展示台,再到休闲区、楼梯,以及上楼后的维修区、二层产品展示区。这些功能依次将动线进行合-分-合-分-合-分。在分合的过程中让空间节奏得以清晰,功能划分的更加明确。一层与二层的垂直动线由楼梯和升降台来完成,升降台主要用来搬运公路车和货物,穿着锁鞋爬楼梯是比较困难的一件事。
Starting from the entrance, proceeding to the display area, then to the leisure area, the stairs, and finally to the maintenance area after going upstairs, as well as the product display area on the second floor. These functions sequentially combine and separate the flow of movement. During the process of combining and separating, the rhythm of the space becomes clear, and the functional divisions are more distinct. The vertical flow between the first and second floors is facilitated by the stairs and the lift platform, which is primarily used for transporting road vehicles and goods; climbing stairs while wearing locked shoes is quite a challenging task.

COLNAGO从诞生之初就将蓝、红、黑、黄、绿作为品牌的基因色,在梅花很多的产品中都能看到这些颜色的运用和体现,我们也将这些颜色充分的在空间里运用,除了顶部的彩色骑行道以外,我们还将空调的风口,墙面的海洋板分缝都用了彩色进行勾勒,让局部呼应整体,细节中展现COLNAGO的基因。除了品牌色大量在空间里运用和展示,我们也将COLNAGO的精神图腾梅花图案 “ ♣”标志,在空间里不断的出现与强调。从入口的墙面到展示台的地面,再到升降台的进出入口闸门,用 ♣串联起空间的每一个部分。
COLNAGO has incorporated blue, red, black, yellow, and green as the brand’s genetic colors since its inception. These colors can be seen in many of the products featuring the brand, and we have also fully utilized these colors within the space. In addition to the colorful cycling path on the ceiling, we have outlined the air conditioning vents and the seams of the ocean panels on the walls with these colors, creating a connection between the details and the overall design, showcasing COLNAGO’s essence. Beyond the extensive use and display of the brand colors within the space, we have continuously emphasized the brand’s spiritual totem, the plum blossom pattern “♣”, throughout the area. From the walls at the entrance to the floor of the display platform, and to the entrance and exit gates of the lift, the ♣ symbol connects every part of the space.

欧美国家公路车已经火了几十年,各种顶级赛事鳞次栉比,国内公路车行业发展较晚也就是在这几年开始火遍大江南北,大部分的自行车门店在开店之前设计之初,基本以卖货为唯一目的,辅以维修,对客户到店后售前的体验,售中的服务,售后与客户的粘性都没有过多的考虑。因为自己热爱骑行花老板进入了这个行业,如今爱好变成了事业,但他从未忘记自己进入到这个行业的初心:让更多的人喜欢上骑行。因此我们希望把COLNAGO打造成一个让骑行爱好者愿意聚集的场所,在这里不仅可以买到自己喜欢的公路车以及衍生的产品,还能与有共同爱好的骑友们聊天,喝咖啡,跟骑友们一起聚集出发骑行各种路线,参加各种活动。以COLNAGO门店作为载体,经过花老板和同事们的运营,让南京骑友们的骑行生活可以更加丰富多彩。让爱好与生意都可以健康发展,快乐生长。
The road cycling scene in Western countries has been thriving for decades, with various top-tier events occurring in succession. The domestic road cycling industry has developed relatively late, only gaining popularity in recent years across the country. Most bicycle shops, in their initial design before opening, primarily aimed to sell products, supplemented by maintenance services, without giving much thought to the pre-sale experience, in-sale services, or post-sale customer engagement. Driven by a passion for cycling, the owner entered this industry, and what started as a hobby has now become a career. However, he has never forgotten his original intention for entering this field: to encourage more people to enjoy cycling. Therefore, we hope to establish COLNAGO as a gathering place for cycling enthusiasts, where they can not only purchase their favorite road bikes and related products but also chat with fellow cyclists who share similar interests, enjoy coffee, and embark on various routes together while participating in different activities. Through the operation of the COLNAGO store by the owner and his colleagues, we aim to enrich the cycling lives of enthusiasts in Nanjing, allowing both hobbies and business to develop healthily and joyfully.
