引言Introduction

绵密细腻的蛋糕胚和轻盈丝滑的奶油，层层叠叠的滋味在舌尖悄然绽放；馥郁的果酱与鲜美的水果交织融合，恰如一场清甜的味觉碰撞。一口蛋糕仿佛是温暖的具象，味觉与美学在此相遇，演绎出属于chuchulab的惬意与满足。

The delicate, soft cake sponge and the light, silky cream layer by layer, their flavors quietly unfold on the tip of the tongue. The rich fruit jam and fresh fruits intertwine and blend, much like a sweet and refreshing collision of tastes. A bite of the cake feels like a warm, tangible moment, where taste and aesthetics meet, unfolding the comfort and satisfaction that belong to chuchulab.

全新的chuchulab位于商场的负一层。缺乏自然采光的楼层略显压抑，也是设计过程中需要处理的问题之一。这次，我们以此地理方位为切入点，引入了城市山谷这一富有自然意趣的设计概念，把具有呼吸感的东方意境融入甜品中。带有情感温度的温润色彩包裹着chuchulab，空间内的每一处细节，都是我们对生活美学的理解与表达。

The brand new chuchulab is located on the basement level 1 of the mall. The lack of natural light on this level was slightly depressing and was one of the issues that needed to be addressed during the design process. Using this location as a starting point, we introduced the concept of the urban valley as a natural and interesting design concept, incorporating a breathable oriental mood into the dessert. The chuchulab is wrapped in warm colors with emotional temperature, and every detail in the space is our understanding and expression of the aesthetics of life.

概念Concept

我们巧妙地借用蛋糕吧台与顾客视角的动线设计，打破了传统零售空间中的线性布局，让空间不再是单一的静止存在。通过引导顾客的视线和流动路径，区别于常见的规整布局，形成一个三角形的中心区域，化为空间的视觉焦点。三角动线不仅增强了空间的视觉张力，同时也与天花板的设计形成了呼应，彼此之间建立起中轴关系。通过设计，空间的每个细节都不只服务于功能性，更是与整个空间的结构和动线产生了紧密的关联，形成了一个既充满活力又具备艺术感的商业环境。

We skillfully borrowed the dynamic design of the cake bar and the customer’s perspective to break the linear layout in traditional retail space, so that the space is no longer a single static existence. By guiding the customer’s line of sight and flow path, it distinguishes itself from the common regular layout and forms a triangular center area, which is transformed into the visual focus of the space. The triangular dynamic line not only enhances the visual tension of the space, but also echoes the design of the ceiling, creating a central axis between them. Through the design, every detail of the space not only serves the functionality, but also closely relates to the structure and movement of the whole space, forming a dynamic and artistic business environment.

表达Expression

空间的色调以温暖的大地色系为主，深浅交替的颜色既呼应了甜品的清甜与自然，也与山谷温暖的气候氛围相契合。空间的互动，在一块蛋糕中发生，在宁静与优雅之间形成完美的平衡。

The color palette of the space is dominated by warm earth tones, with alternating shades echoing the sweetness and naturalness of the desserts, as well as the warm climatic atmosphere of the valley. The interaction of the space, which takes place in a piece of cake, creates a perfect balance between serenity and elegance.

在空间的上方，我们置入了弧形天花的设计，其柔软性的感官不仅营造出温馨的氛围，还与蛋糕的柔软质感交相呼应，延续了chuchulab的品牌调性，也与圆润的vi字体尺度契合。弧形的曲线与圆润的蛋糕形状相得益彰，带来一种温和的包裹感，使得空间在视觉上更加轻盈、富有层次感。

In the upper part of the space, we put in a curved ceiling design, whose softness not only creates a cozy atmosphere, but also echoes the soft texture of the cake, which continues the brand tone of chuchulab, and also fits the scale of the rounded vi font. The curves of the arc complement the rounded shape of the cake, bringing a sense of gentle wrapping, making the space visually lighter and more layered.

天花以下则采用了相对硬朗的设计语言，莱姆石砖铺面巧妙地将点单吧台与用餐区划分开来，且与粗犷的水泥地面相得益彰，营造出一种精致与质朴并存的氛围。质朴的纹理与大地色系搭配，既能带给顾客舒适的触感，也能为空间增添一份原始的美感。沉稳的造型与材质，与柔软的天花形成强烈对比，增强了视觉的冲击力，也使得整个店铺的氛围更具包容性与亲和力。

The ceiling below adopts a relatively tough design language, and the Lime stone tile pavement cleverly divides the ordering bar from the dining area, and complements the rough concrete floor, creating an atmosphere of sophistication and simplicity. Rustic texture and earth color matching, can bring customers a comfortable touch, but also for the space to add a sense of original beauty.

The calm shape and material, in strong contrast to the soft ceiling, enhances the visual impact and makes the atmosphere of the entire store more inclusive and approachable.

空间的核心区域是一个三角形的中岛，它既是用餐区，也是视觉互动的焦点。三角中岛的两侧是入座式用餐区，另一侧则是站立式用餐区。顾客可以随性地站着，也可以惬意地坐着，给人们的用餐方式提供了多种可能性，也给予了中岛高度差，缓解视觉拥挤，增强了空间的律动，更具趣味性。

The centerpiece of the space is a triangular center island that serves as both a dining area and a focal point for visual interaction. On two sides of the triangular center island is a seated dining area and on the other side is a standing dining area. Customers can stand casually or sit comfortably, providing a variety of possibilities for people’s dining styles, as well as giving the height difference of the center island to relieve visual congestion, enhance the rhythm of the space, and make it more interesting.

负一层的店铺与自然光相对隔绝，为了消除感官差异，让顾客在此也能感受到如同阳光洒入般的温暖与自然，店内采用了模拟自然光的灯光设计。模拟的光线自天花渡入，形成一条直线，搭配弧形墙面，围合而聚，如日光穿过山谷，贯穿空间中心的三角用餐区与间中花坛的绿植，形成一条中轴线，连接蛋糕吧台，最终延伸至墙面，照亮logo，于无声中吸引往来顾客的目光。灯光效果重现了自然光的柔和与变化，我们有意图地以理性的设计逻辑来构建空间的秩序感，柔和的光线让顾客可以在店里轻松地享用下午茶，带来一种自带松弛感的户外露营体验。

The store on the first floor is relatively isolated from natural light. In order to eliminate the sensory difference and let customers feel the warmth and naturalness of sunshine, the store adopts a lighting design that simulates natural light. The simulated light enters from the ceiling, forms a straight line, matches with the curved wall, encloses and gathers like daylight through the valley, runs through the triangular dining area in the center of the space and the greenery of it to form a central axis, connects with the cake bar, and finally extends to the wall, illuminates the logo, and attracts the attention of customers in a silent way. The lighting effect reproduces the softness and variation of natural light, and we intentionally use rational design logic to build a sense of order in the space. The soft light allows customers to enjoy afternoon tea in the store, bringing a sense of relaxation and outdoor camping experience.

在空间的左侧用餐区前，我们设置了一个镜面艺术装置。它既是一个拍照打卡点，也与空间布局形成呼应。镜面装置搭配用餐区的中空隔断，让整排用餐区形成视觉上的分离，但又保留了视觉的穿透，让空间保持其通透性。镜面能够反射出店内的灯光与桌椅，使得空间的层次感和律动感得以增强。镜面装置的反射效果还让顾客在拍照时能够捕捉到不同的视觉角度，增加了空间的互动性和趣味性。

On the left side of the space, in front of the dining area, we set up a mirrored art installation. It serves as a photo spot and echoes the layout of the space. The mirrored installation is paired with a hollow partition in the dining area, which creates a visual separation between the entire row of dining areas, but retains the visual penetration and allows the space to maintain its permeability. The mirrors reflect the lights and tables inside the space, which enhances the sense of hierarchy and rhythm of the space. The reflective effect of the mirrors also allows customers to capture different visual angles when taking photos, increasing the interactivity and interest of the space.

结语Conclusion

三角环形动线的设计分割出空间中的不同功能区，打破了单一的平行排列，让chuchulab在一众井然有序的布局中脱颖而出，不规则的感受巧妙地给空间带来了意料之外的惊喜。理性的线条贯穿感性的空间，通过软硬质感的对比，我们巧妙地构建出上下空间层次分明的秩序感。天花轻盈的曲线设计，带来无形的舒适包围感，柔化了空间的硬质感。地面质感粗犷的材质以及线条设计的运用，则给空间带来一种结构的稳定与厚重，既富有力量感，又充满着自然的随机性。通过设计，我们最大化地利用了每一寸空间，营造出了惬意感与温馨感并存的空间体验。

The design of triangular ring-shaped dynamic line divides different functional areas in the space, breaks the single parallel arrangement, and makes chuchulab stand out in a crowd of well-organized layouts, and the irregular feeling skillfully brings unexpected surprises to the space. Rational lines run through the sensual space, and through the contrast of soft and hard textures, we skillfully constructed a layered sense of order in the upper and lower spaces. The light curve design of the ceiling brings an invisible sense of comfort and softens the hardness of the space. The rough texture of the floor and the use of line design bring a kind of structural stability and heaviness to the space, which is rich in power and full of natural randomness. Through the design, we maximize the use of every inch of space, creating a cozy and warm spatial experience.
