The original site consisted of the owner’s old guesthouse, ancestral home, and commercial buildings along the street. The design retained part of the street-facing buildings, demolished portions of the old structures, and reorganized the spatial layout to better align with the village’s texture and order. The courtyard between the new buildings and the ancestral house is preserved.
