 不发火细石混凝土，又称防爆混凝土，是一种能经受冲击而不发生火花的功能性混凝土，当金属或坚硬石块等物体与该类混凝土发生摩擦冲击等机械作用时，均不发生红灼火花或火星，从而易燃物质不易引发火中爆炸危险，多用于油库、化工厂等严禁火种或具有一定防火要求的建筑物。

技术要求：

1、设计要求：C30细石不发火混凝土。

2、强度：标养28天强度不低于30MPa。

3、部位：加氨区围堰、防火堤地面。

4、形态：为可泵送的流态混凝土。坍落度160~180mm。

5、材料：不发火地面指采用的碎石应选用大理石、白云石，或者其它材料加工成，并以金属或者石料撞击时不发生火花为合格的地面。要求砂质地坚硬，表面粗糙，粒径宜为0.15-5毫米，含泥量不应大于3%，有机物含量不应大于0.5%，水泥采用普通硅酸盐水泥，其强度等级不小于42.5级，面层分格的嵌条应采用不发生火花的材料配置。配置时应随时检查，不得混入金属或其他易发生火花的杂质。

 

Non combustible fine aggregate concrete, also known as explosion-proof concrete, is a functional concrete that can withstand impact without sparking. When metal or hard stones and other objects rub or impact this type of concrete mechanically, no red sparks or sparks will occur, making flammable substances less likely to cause fire and explosion hazards. It is commonly used in oil depots, chemical plants, and other buildings that strictly prohibit ignition or have certain fire prevention requirements.

 

Technical requirements:

1. Design requirement: C30 fine aggregate non sparking concrete.

2. Strength: After 28 days of standard curing, the strength should not be less than 30MPa.

3. Location: Ground of ammonia addition area cofferdam and fire dike.

4. Form: It is a pumpable fluid concrete. The slump is 160-180mm.

5. Material: Non sparking ground refers to the use of crushed stone, which should be processed from marble, dolomite, or other materials, and the qualified ground should be made from metal or stone that does not produce sparks when impacted. The sandy ground should be hard, with a rough surface and a particle size of 0.15-5 millimeters. The mud content should not exceed 3%, and the organic content should not exceed 0.5%. Ordinary Portland cement should be used as the cement, with a strength grade of not less than 42.5. The embedded strips for the surface layer should be made of materials that do not produce sparks. During configuration, it should be checked at all times and no metal or other impurities that are prone to sparking should be mixed in.
