The eastern boundary adjoins the super high-rise residential complex Hefengxuan, while the northern side borders an under-construction super high-rise residential development and kindergarten. To the west lies a high-density urban village, and the southern edge connects to a planned 44-meter-wide riverside landscape corridor. This complex spatial configuration creates a distinctive urban renewal context for the project.
