ASIA获委托在草原火山设计天火台艺术装置。项目选址于锡林浩特白银库伦草原火山东南的海拔高点——毛登敖包山顶，向东可瞭望大兴安岭南缘和燕山北缘交汇在地平线上的群山，和近处的达里诺尔湖；向南是湿地、湖泊和横亘的浑善达克沙地；北侧和东侧则是火山熔岩台地上的白银库伦草原火山群脉。无垠辽阔的天地间，稀有又类型多样的广袤自然地景中，装置如何对话原始的自然是重要的命题。设计通过日出日落、草原文化、火山火焰三种最本源的主题相交织，建立艺术装置与自然、人互动的方法和体验。\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp This project is situated in the MaoDeng ovoo (a landmark at the mountain top in the Mongolian culture), which is a high point in the southeast area of Baiyinkulun Steppe & Volcano. The east view is an intersection between the southern end of the Greater Khingan Range and the northern end of the Yanshan Mountain, with Dali Lake nearby. The wetland, lake, and Otindag Sandy Land stretch to the south. The west and north views feature the Steppe & Volcano at the Lava Platform. Among the boundless and grand land beneath the sky, surrounded by precious and diverse geological types, the installation dialogue with the wild nature became a critical subject. At the east of the zone, sunrise is the first dialogue in the environment. Based on the solar azimuth angle in the morning in early July, when the sun rises exactly over the lake, the installation elevation axis is at a right angle to the azimuth angle – 65 degrees, forming a direct sunlight line that crosses through the center of the installation. The irregular square stones were modified and resized multiple times to achieve a harmonious appearance. Each of the two stones is an anchor for strengthening itself and stabilization compared to the volcano. A hole at the lower left corner presents the tension of the structure.
