Although this mixed-use office and residential complex has been completed for three years, it has long lacked a true open space that supports outdoor activities and fosters neighborhood interaction. Despite occupying a prime central location, the pavilion—with its 18-meter diameter—feels overly vast and disconnected from the human scale. It lacks smaller, intimate layers that invite interaction and contains no elements that encourage lingering. The landscape invites both motion and stillness, and as the mirrored ceiling transforms with the light, the human experience evolves in response.
