Beyond creating a vibrant, locally-rooted green R&D base, the design prioritizes employee comfort through nature-integrated workspaces that reflect corporate values. By blending regional character with company culture, we’ve moved beyond traditional industrial park models to address staff’s emotional needs and reconnect daily work with natural elements. By integrating the surrounding woodlands into the park’s core, buildings appear to float amid mature trees, realizing our long-held vision of a poetic landscape. STA Pharma, dedicated to developing APIs for rare and complex diseases, strives for a healthier global future.
