The cafe is located at the original site of Odense case Museum during the Expo, adjacent to the Shanghai case Museum and surrounded by many Expo case museums. As a latecomer, in such a lively feast of forms and materials, the gesture of new building intervention is particularly important. The architect finally chose to implant a simple glass square box to deal with it. Continuous external oblique glass ribs slice the extremely rich images around, looking for unity in the complexity.

There is a small opening in the middle of the glass square box facing the road, and a 45 degree rotating courtyard inside will lead pedestrians from the road. The courtyard building is divided into two parts, symmetrical from east to west, and the two tenants can share the courtyard. The courtyard is surrounded by several white pebble textured walls. The wall provides a vague direction, with an implicit invitation, and there is a little hesitation and subtle uncertainty between entering and not entering. The horizontal long window quietly opens the peeping channel in a very calm way, but refuses substantive contact. The swing between "welcoming" and "refusing" constitutes an ambiguous attitude.

A Sapium sebiferum tree jointly selected by the owner and the designer is planted in the yard, providing a changeable expression of the four seasons. The wall and ground are paved with white pebbles, which are used as paper and sunshine as pen. The changing light and shadow formed by the rich branches of Sapium sebiferum and the two stones under the trees together build a calm picture of the center of the noisy park. Follow an outdoor steel staircase hidden behind the wall all the way up to the roof of the building. The roof also serves as the external service area of the cafe, providing a view of the garden from different elevations. As a continuation of the courtyard on the ground floor, the ground pavement is also made of white pebbles, which are open to the public during non business hours.
