都华侨城景观设计以“山水文化”为源头,组团三面环水,成半岛形态,从而启发了设计师用自然流动的设计元素表达在景观的布局与特征上。

 

The landscape design of Du OCT takes "landscape culture" as the source, and the group is surrounded by water on three sides, forming a peninsula shape, which inspired designers to express the layout and characteristics of the landscape with natural flowing design elements.

 

 

这种流动的设计语言穿行于建筑设计之间,一方面提高了人行道的功效,另一方面弱化了建筑横平竖直的布局,模糊了建筑与环境的时空感,使人置身于自然之中,为居住者带来“置身山水,行走山水”的别样居住氛围。

 

This flowing design language goes through the architectural design, on the one hand, it improves the efficiency of the sidewalk, on the other hand, it weakens the horizontal and vertical layout of the building, blurs the sense of time and space between the building and the environment, puts people in nature, and brings residents a different living atmosphere of "being in the mountains and rivers, walking in the mountains and rivers".

 

 

主要的核心绿地,庭院空间及水岸空间构成景观体系的三个层级,通过树林及建筑空间的围合形成各有特色的空间层次,满足居民日常生活的不同使用。景观配合雕塑展,在重点区域设置了永久雕塑展区,并相应的配置景观以烘托艺术雕塑,构成摄取社区文化的亮点,响应华侨城地产的特色理念。

 

The main core green space, courtyard space and waterfront space constitute the three levels of the landscape system. Through the enclosure of woods and architectural space, they form their own distinctive spatial levels to meet the different uses of residents' daily life. The landscape cooperates with the sculpture exhibition. A permanent sculpture exhibition area is set up in key areas, and the corresponding landscape is configured to foil the artistic sculpture, which constitutes a highlight of absorbing community culture and responds to the characteristic concept of OCT real estate.

 

 

2012年3月,赛瑞景观成功签约华侨城集团纯水岸栖湖花园三期2号地块景观设计项目(即深圳华侨城纯水岸14、15、16期),该区将兴建五幢13层至32层高的住宅楼,占地面积约为31,821平方米,总建筑面积约为174,030平方米。项目绿地率3174%,容积率为54。深圳华侨城纯水岸占地面积1500余亩,除享有1200亩欢乐谷主题公园及50万平米都市娱乐商业带来的欢乐的生活方式及完善的生活配套外,还尊享其高端别墅组团纯水岸208区的完善配套,拥有高档水岸会所、健身房、网球场、室内外游泳池等高尚生活设施配套。

 

In March, 2012, Sairui landscape successfully signed the landscape design project of plot 2 of chunshui'an Qihu Garden Phase III of OCT Group (i.e. Shenzhen OCT chunshui'an phases 14, 15 and 16). Five residential buildings with 13 to 32 floors will be built in this area, covering an area of about 31821 square meters and a total construction area of about 174030 square meters. The greening rate of the project is 3174%, and the plot ratio is 54.
