加龙河将波尔多的城市肌理一分为二,相较之下,右岸的发展长期略显滞后。通过巴斯蒂德—尼耶城市更新计划,波尔多市希望通过营造新的城市中心、提升空间密度,使河流两岸在城市层面重新建立联系。

 

The Garonne River divides Bordeaux’s urban fabric in two, and its right bank has lagged somewhat in terms of its development. With the Bastide-Niel urban development, the city of Bordeaux is aiming to bring the two banks closer together by creating new centres and increasing the density of these spaces.

The city’s analysis of the programme for this zone has impelled it to provide optimal, comfortable, and durable spaces for this new neighbourhood. It has also sought to enhance existing industrial heritage and, thus, to preserve the identity of this area.

设计通过强调既有墙体,并在其中嵌入新的建筑体量,在新旧之间建立起一种共生关系,如同“套娃”一般层层展开,形成具有时间深度的建筑表达。

 

We created a symbiosis between existing walls, which we highlighted, and the new buildings inserted within them, as an architectural version of a Russian doll.

项目由六个彼此区分的建筑组团构成,整体贯彻城市更新的规划原则,屋顶采用多重坡顶形式,以回应周边尺度与城市天际线。

 

The project includes six distinct blocks that implement the principles of this urban development, featuring roofs with multiple slopes.

这些组团的布局方式以及公共空间的设计,共同营造出具有邻里感的生活氛围,并融入贯穿整个开发片区的宏大景观体系之中。

 

The layout of those blocks and the treatment of the common areas help recreate a neighbourhood atmosphere within an ambitious landscaping scheme extending across the entire development zone.

住宅单元拥有开阔而舒适的空间尺度,可俯瞰整个片区景观,并配备大尺度的开放式露台,强化室内外的联系。

 

The housing provides generous volumes and views of the entire area, as well as large open terraces.

各个体量在材料表达上汲取自既有建筑所呈现的矿物质感。倒角部位的立面采用石材色调的陶瓷饰面,墙体则使用带有色彩的石材质感混凝土。

 

The materiality of these various volumes is inspired by the mineral imprint of pre-existing buildings. The chamfered sections are clad in a stone-tinted ceramic along the facade, and in a coloured stone-tinted concrete for the walls.

原有建筑体量的痕迹,则通过立面中灰色调的光滑清水混凝土得以再现,成为新建筑表皮中隐约可辨的历史印记。

 

Vestiges of the volumes of existing buildings have been represented in the face through the use of a smooth concrete tinted in grey.
