The project attempts to respond to the Xiangshan cultural philosophy of respecting nature, upholding tradition, and embracing innovation.  It creatively proposes an overall planning concept of “leaning against the mountain, embracing the rocks, and overlooking the lake,” integrating the building layout into the natural environment while enriching the landscape. The black and white color scheme enhances the dialogue between the horizontal lines of the eaves and the vertical textures of the mountains and forests.
