The Bersure Museum Hotel project, led by our design team, transforms the old Sansha Ballet Factory into a seaside museum hotel. We carefully preserved many interesting original fragments of the structure, anchoring the new design language firmly in its industrial foundation. The sequence of pilasters and windows clearly outlines the original volume and structural order of the factory. However, the design is not a simple reproduction, but rather a clever introduction of new openings and sculptural voids as modern counterpoint elements.
