Instead, it pivots towards a systemic restructuring of the internal space to construct a self-sufficient, functionally integrated “Educational Community.” The core concept is to replace the conventional “fishbone” layout with a composite organizational model: a triple-dimensional system of “Enclosed Neighborhoods”, “Cross-shaped Streets”, and a “Loop Park”.
