This is not an oversight in the design, but rather a deliberate choice to leave room for flexibility—in the future, this space can be used for salons, exhibitions, or lectures, and its function can be adapted at any time. Skylights have been installed in the ceiling, casting shifting patterns of light and shadow on the floor.
