As an ancillary building above Exit F of Xueyuan Road Station, the project undertakes the operational needs of metro self-use and external leasing, so it emphasizes efficiency, clarity and flexibility in organization. Its simplicity, calmness and restraint are in line with the overall design concept, and avoid excessive additional finishes, enabling the building to be as close to “one-step forming” as possible. Based on the integrated interior and exterior design, the structure is retained in an almost exposed manner. The structural stress logic, spatial order and material texture together constitute the architectural language. At the same time, light and shadow have also become an important medium for shaping space.
