The entire facade is clad in red brick sourced from the same tradition as the surrounding vernacular architecture; its uniform reddish tone echoes the chromatic base of the adjacent buildings, dissolving the visual conflict between modern construction and the old quarter. Varied window apertures, combined with cross-ventilation through the interior courtyard, enable natural cooling without reliance on active mechanical systems. At the envelope level, the porous structure of the red-brick masonry provides substantial thermal inertia, buffering indoor temperatures against outdoor fluctuations.
