From Generation Z to Alpha in the future, the target user group itself is a dynamic cohort. In typical residential projects, the public realm is often heavily compressed. There is only a limited amount of communal space serving as a transition from city streets to home. This lack of “public” space fuels a desire for “privacy” and further weakens the sense of community and belonging.
