#333333;\">缘起：由不确定性引发的思考这几年乡建的话题在政策和资本的引导下，已经成为中国建筑设计界不可或缺的热门话题。我始终认为，场所和人之间的关系极其重要，如果无法精确地定义场所中人的生活、行为、动线，设计前期对不确定性的研究会生成多种空间形态，在最终的方案里被动形成一部分多义性空间。在城市脉络中做设计，这种不确定性普遍存在，整个设计过程，甚至建成之后都需要面对功能变动的问题。在很大程度上，这是资本、市场、政策、业态等外部条件本身的变动导致的。和大部分城市项目一样，典型乡建项目无法逃脱外部条件带来的“不确定性”。\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp uncertainty in recent years, the topic of rural construction has become an indispensable hot topic in China's architectural design industry under the guidance of policy and capital. I always believe that the relationship between places and people is extremely important. If the life, behavior and moving line of people in places cannot be accurately defined, the research on uncertainty in the early stage of design will generate a variety of spatial forms and passively form a part of polysemy space in the final scheme. In the context of urban design, this uncertainty is common. The whole design process, even after completion, needs to face the problem of function change. To a large extent, this is caused by the changes of external conditions such as capital, market, policy and business format. A large number of boutique hotels, B&Bs, tourist centers, Instagram-able Cafes, bookstores were erected amidst the beautiful scenery of China’s suburb. These tourism-driven projects generally existed as products that add value to developers’ investments and depict a rural utopia. They have recently become the typical model of rural rejuvenation in China. Contrary to this typical and utopian model, House G is an atypical mode of rural intervention in the way that it is an architecture designed for a local family, rather than for investors. The design is honestly based on the true and fundamental needs of users and their living experiences. The base is close to other village houses in the East and West. The farmland in the south is an open landscape and the road in the north. The original house is similar to most self built houses in the village. The main house has two floors. The auxiliary houses share a gable with the main house, with only one floor. The main and auxiliary houses have double slope roofs. Before in-depth investigation, we believe that the reason for the uniformity of rural self built houses in Jiangsu and Zhejiang is that the owners do not pay enough attention to the design.
