重庆融创林与麓，重庆/景观

山地与高差是在重庆景观项目中经常面临的地形特征，身在重庆的纬图也在不断的实践中，找到了更多应对这一类项目的方法，并因地制宜为每一个空间找到最佳解题思路。

 

Mountain and elevation difference are the topographic features often faced in Chongqing landscape projects. The latitude map in Chongqing is also in continuous practice, finding more methods to deal with this kind of projects, and finding the best problem-solving ideas for each space according to local conditions.

项目为城市住宅，地块南北纵深170m，高差最高约为15m，呈阶梯式台地层展开，中部最高，建筑平行而规则地分布在六级台地上。地块中部自北向南是一条串联起六级台地的轴线。轴线空间在一年中有充足的日照，适合作为社区主要活动场地，也是景观设计的核心区域。

 

The project is an urban residence. The North-South depth of the plot is 170m, and the maximum height difference is about 15m. It is unfolded in a stepped platform stratum, the highest in the middle, and the buildings are distributed in parallel and regularly on the six level platform. The central part of the plot is an axis connecting six platforms in series from north to south. The axis space has sufficient sunshine in a year, which is suitable as the main activity site of the community and the core area of landscape design.

△设计对空间色彩的思考，Thoughts on space color in design

 

在一个逐级向上的空间序列中，我们希望景观层次也是连贯而有序的。山中森林的自然色彩流动给予了我们最初的设计灵感。如果把大自然的山体视为一幅立体画作，可以看到它的构成是连续而丰富的，随着海拔上升，植被种类、山林色泽都在不断蜕变。潭之深绿，林之博翠，苔之幽绿，树之姜红，叶之金黄，云之浅白。

 

In a step-by-step spatial sequence, we hope that the landscape level is also coherent and orderly. The natural color flow of the forest in the Mountains gave us the initial design inspiration. If we take the mountain of nature as a three-dimensional painting, we can see that its composition is continuous and rich. With the rise of altitude, the vegetation types and mountain forest color are constantly changing. The dark green of the pond, the rich green of the forest, the secluded green of the moss, the turmeric red of the tree, the golden yellow of the leaves and the light white of the clouds.

以此，我们打破空间边界，将轴线比喻为一座描绘山中森林的自然画卷，让色彩浸染于空间之上，呈现“一级一境、一层一色”的立体森林城市界面，层层递进，移步异彩。同时将所有公共空间串联，为人们带来犹如森林般独具色彩感知的自然花园。

 

In this way, we break the space boundary and compare the axis to a natural picture depicting the forest in the mountain, so that the color is soaked in the space, presenting a three-dimensional forest city interface of "one level, one environment and one color", which is progressive and colorful step by step. At the same time, all public spaces are connected in series to bring people a natural garden with unique color perception like a forest.

色谱跟宁静情绪相类似，绿色作为森林的基底，神秘且深沉。“碧绿”是入口的主题色，我们试想这应该是一个圆环状艺术空间，犹如自然展厅入口，逐渐拉开森林画作的序幕。它的基底是纯白的，点缀着一汪水，千层林，数树影，这是设计师脑海里对于它最初的想象。

 

Color spectrum is similar to quiet mood. Green is mysterious and deep as the base of the forest. "Green" is the theme color of the entrance. Let's imagine that this should be a circular art space, just like the entrance of the nature exhibition hall, gradually opening the prelude to forest paintings. Its base is pure white, dotted with a pool of water, thousand layer forest and several tree shadows, which is the designer's initial imagination of it.

 

 

 

基于此，在由建筑设计师完成的入口“白鹭飞翔”曲线造型的门头基础上，我们以一座中心为水景的纯白色空心圆构筑物的庭院作为开端，将自然的色彩引入其中。

 

Based on this, on the basis of the door head with the curve shape of "Egret flying" at the entrance completed by the architectural designer, we start with the courtyard of a pure white hollow circular structure with the center as the waterscape, and introduce the natural color into it.

步入圆弧状庭院空间，即真正进入了“自然展厅”。顶部镂空的环形区域，让光线投射进来，视觉上也更明亮。圆环采用双流线设计，两条流线之间则是人行动线。最外层的圆弧立面由尺度相同的片墙叠加而成，增加了空间的序列感。

 

Stepping into the arc-shaped courtyard space, you really enter the "natural exhibition hall". The hollowed out annular area at the top allows light to be cast in and is visually brighter. The flow line is a double line between two people, and the action line is a double line. The outermost arc facade is superimposed by walls with the same scale, which increases the sense of sequence of space.

 

 

 

白色的墙面纯净无暇，仿佛能够装得下任何色彩，在阳光照射下，会在一天的不同时间段呈现流动的光影。左右两侧人行动线上，针叶状的南洋杉“穿过穹顶而出“，彰显着傲人的生命力。当我们从圆环底部抬头看的时候，南洋杉的绿与蓝色的天空，纯白的构筑物，流动的光影，在不同角度都洋溢出自然纯净之美。

 

The white wall is pure and flawless, as if it can hold any color. Under the sunshine, it will show flowing light and shadow at different times of the day. On the action line of people on the left and right sides, the needle shaped Araucaria "comes out through the dome", showing its proud vitality. When we look up from the bottom of the ring, the green and blue sky, pure white structures and flowing light and shadow of Araucaria overflow the beauty of natural purity from different angles.

 

 

 

夜晚繁星闪烁，倒影在中心水面之上。我们借此展开，将“星辰”的概念做延伸。首先是水景上空的环状镜面灯环，它像是一条星河，反射和延续着空间，给人无穷想象。看似平静的水面实则“暗流涌动”。水流从外向内，流速逐渐变大，水面像泼墨般漫开，如“平静的漩涡”。

 

At night, the stars twinkled and reflected on the central water. We use this to expand and extend the concept of "stars". The first is the circular mirror light ring over the waterscape. It is like a star river, reflecting and continuing the space, giving people infinite imagination. The seemingly calm water surface is actually "undercurrent surging". From the outside to the inside, the flow velocity gradually increases, and the water surface spreads like a splash of ink, like a "calm vortex".

 

 

 

人行步道的处理也暗藏玄机。以行星运动的“星轨”线条，用相交、分离等不规则的复杂形态，为人们的行走增添趣味。我们还挑选了“星系”主题装置——“星云”形状的雕塑、体现星系运转的艺术装置，让场地更具时空梦幻。

 

There is also a mystery in the treatment of pedestrian walkways. With the "star orbit" lines of planetary motion and irregular and complex forms such as intersection and separation, it adds interest to people's walking. We also selected the "galaxy" themed device - "the sculpture in the shape of" nebula "and the artistic device reflecting the operation of galaxies, making the venue more dreamy in time and space.

 

 

 

在简约、纯净的基底上，我们把山中森林转译为景观化的鉴赏，通过星空、森林等元素的呈现，构筑出半山之脚的差异化城市界面。走进这座艺术展廊，回廊环绕，四周的墙壁和顶面像是不同的画布，任由自然光影挥洒艺术灵感。沿着入口“溯溪而上”，深处则是更为神秘与纷繁的界面。

 

On the basis of simplicity and purity, we translate the forest in the mountains into landscape appreciation, and build a differentiated urban interface at the foot of the mountain through the presentation of elements such as stars and forests. Walking into this art gallery, the cloister is surrounded by different canvases on the surrounding walls and top, allowing natural light and shadow to sprinkle artistic inspiration. Along the entrance "up the river", there is a more mysterious and complicated interface in the depths.
