设计以“地景化”为基本策略，将庞大的建筑体量匍匐于基地，充分利用屋顶，做成可步行而上的斜坡。其上的小体量建筑形成聚落，对峙的 V 形斜屋面强调出园区轴线，形成倾斜的集会广场， 同时连接屋顶“聚落”。在高密度的城市环境中，创造出面对城市，开放共享的公共景观园林空间。

The museum is a horizontal building that spreads out a huge amount of building volumes on the ground. The slight inclined roof is a walkable space; and small blocks on the top of it are organized as small groups. The V shape roof highlights the axis line of the whole area as well as forms an inclined gathering place. The museum creates a shared public scenery space in a high-density urban environment.
