2016年春天，周姐夫妇在上海中环边上买的公寓房终于到手了。房子的面积有60㎡，层高3.8米，交房之前挺让人期待的，但是现场实地勘察之后，夫妻俩都不约而同地陷入了纠结。

 

In the spring of 2016, Ms. Zhou and her wife finally got their hands on the apartment they had bought near Shanghai's Central district. The area of the house has 60 square meters, the height of 3.8 meters, before the delivery of the room is very let people look forward to, but after the field investigation, husband and wife are in entanglements.

 

 

因为这是一个比较尴尬的户型，房子本身好比是一个纵向的矩形结构——维持平面布局吧，会浪费很多的空间；设计成上下两层的loft吧，又怕站立时直不起腰来。

 

Because this is a more awkward type of house, the house itself is like a longitudinal rectangular structure - maintain the plane layout, will waste a lot of space; It is designed as a loft with two floors up and down, but it is afraid of standing upright.

 

 

所以他们找到了设计师史宁，请他帮忙设计一个温馨、舒适的小家，并在改造之初提出了自己的诉求：既要有大量的收纳空间来满足自己的储物需求，又要有足够大的空间来招待朋友。

设计师面对着这个“苛刻的要求”，几番考量之下，终于豁然开朗：他决定打掉两面墙，在房子中间搭一个50cm的高台，让整个空间巧妙地错落开来，完善功能布局的同时，也让客厅顺势变身为时下流行的“下沉式”。

Designers in the face of this "harsh requirements", several consideration, finally suddenly enlightened: he decided to knock down two walls, in the middle of the house to build a 50cm high platform, so that the whole space cleverly spread out, improve the functional layout at the same time, but also let the living room as the current popular "sinking".

 

 

几个月后，小小的房子变成了一个特殊结构的loft，总共60㎡都不到的使用面积，做了30㎡的收纳空间，家里的一半可以用来储物。

小户型的功能区也拓展到了10个，除了卧室、厨房、餐厅等基础空间外，还增设了储藏间、洗衣区和茗茶区等。

令人意想不到的是，这个家还有一个下沉客厅和下沉浴缸，麻雀虽小，五脏俱全，果然没有让小户型限制了生活的美好。9平米的卫生间紧邻入户台阶位置，采光效果非常不错。1.6米的下沉式浴缸减压又治愈，可以带来无比舒适的沐浴体验。

全屋3.8米的层高，被设计成7个不同的高度，这些高度根据功能区的使用频率和空间属性来设置，超大化地保证了日常生活的舒适与便利。

比如：

1.使用频率比较高的卧室和洗衣房，保留了2.2米的层高，让1.75米的男主人可以轻松地站在里面。

2.不经常走动的储藏室，就把层高压缩到了1.5米。

3.客厅区域抬高50公分，还依然保证了3米的层高，空间内容看似紧凑，其实设计了流畅的生活动线，一切以主人的生活需求为依归。

4.1.95米层高的洗衣房，对于一般身高的成年人来说也毫无压力。

沙发区的背后是一个3米×2.2米的书架，因为周姐夫妇喜欢读书，有几百本藏书，而这个书架既可以作为收纳，又承担了客厅和卧室的隔断功能。卧室安排在二楼，下方则设计为储藏室，更多可以容纳300件衣服和一些大型电器。

客厅和阳台之间拆除了隔断，让两个空间的关系更加紧密；定制的铁艺盆景清新而养眼，为空间带来了一丝活力与生机，也满足了周姐闲暇时养花种草的乐趣。

客厅的一圈是可以随意走动的，先生在客厅里看电视的时候，周姐可以在不影响对方的前提下，去往洗衣房洗衣、晾晒，两人各行其事，互不干扰。

半围合的书桌是长条状的，可供两个人同时使用。史宁在这里做了特殊的设计，一面作为工作区，另一面嵌入液晶电视，一物两用的功能大大提高了小户型空间的利用率。

窗台角落有一张单人沙发，阳光晴好的时候，这里既是绝佳的观景台，又是惬意的读书角。

客厅旁边是一个开放式厨房，整个操作台面与餐桌平行分布，留出刚刚好的做饭通道。设计师还选了一张1米6的餐桌，让两个人既能舒舒服服地吃饭，又能保持生活中应有的仪式感。

二层的卧室用钢结构架起，为了不影响空间视觉，没有安装主灯，而是使用3000K色温嵌入射灯，释放出了更多的层高。

床头墙面的另一侧就是整面书柜，上方的透明玻璃安装在视点位置，能清楚地看到整个客厅的动态，整体设计非常合理。

茗茶区借用了楼下洗衣房的高度，可以坐下来喝茶、聊天、小憩，展现出一种惬意生活的状态。
