5年后置换第二套房，从旧居到新居，变化的是宽敞感升级，不变的是夫妇两对自己热爱生活方式的坚持：岛台、环形动线、自由的客厅、必备的泡澡仪式感、4小只充足奔跑的领地，比起一切形式，更重要的是家人间无处不在的互动性！

 

Five years later, the replacement of the second suite, from the old house to the new house, the change is the spacious sense of upgrading, the same is the couple of their own love of the way of life: island, circular moving line, free living room, the necessary bath ritual sense, 4 small only enough running territory, compared to all forms, more important is the interaction of the family everywhere!

 

 

改造前：

户型方正，顶楼层优势，采光明亮且开阔；

东西轴线过道拆分南北，各功能区孤立，  卧室厨房卫生间区隔南北通风不畅；

入户一览无余，无遮蔽与隐私保护；

传统三室两厅两卫的空间布局，  业主仅夫妇两人+三猫一狗，生活，  功能区富余，无需3间卧室，仅需一间卫生间；

 

Before renovation:

Square house, top floor advantage, bright lighting and open;

East-west axis corridor split north and south, each functional area isolated, bedroom kitchen toilet area between the north and south ventilation is not smooth;

Enter the home at a glance, without shelter and privacy protection;

Traditional space layout of three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, the owner is only a couple + three cats and one dog, living, functional area is abundant, no three bedrooms, only one bathroom;

 

 

改造后：

缩短东西轴线，释放更多面积给到功能区，  客餐厨LDK集成，视线延展，空间更为开阔；

拆除了原户型厨房与次卧隔墙，  让南北空气畅通对流。

增设了玄关立柜，归家更衣换鞋收纳便捷外，  高柜与衔接的吧台也形成了隐私保护屏障；

主卧与次卧合二为一，主卫次卫合二为一，  让单个功能区拥有更富裕的空间尺度。

 

After the transformation:

Shorten the east-west axis, release more area to the functional area, guest kitchen LDK integration, line of sight extension, more open space;

Remove the partition wall between the original kitchen and the second bedroom, so that the north and south air convection.

The entrance cabinet is added to make it convenient to change clothes and shoes at home. The high cabinet and connecting bar also form a privacy protection barrier.

The master bedroom and the second bedroom are integrated into one, and the master bathroom and the second bathroom are integrated into one, allowing a single functional area to have a richer spatial scale.

 

 

入户设置玄关，让原来一览无余的入户有了遮蔽，柜体规格设置为深450mm宽1410mm高2400mm ，内部包含多种规格可满足放不同种类尺寸的物品，例如外套、包包、快递、出门携带的运动器材以及猫粮狗粮，一方面保证门厅的畅通、整洁，秩序井然，一方面打开柜门就能瞬间吸引家中的4只小可爱，回家立即被爱环绕，幸福感不言而喻。

 

The cabinet body specification is set to the depth of 450mm wide 1410mm high 2400mm. The interior contains a variety of specifications to meet the needs of different sizes of items, such as coats, bags, express delivery, sports equipment to carry out and cat food and dog food. On the one hand, it ensures the smooth, clean and orderly entrance hall. On the one hand, when you open the door of the cabinet, you can instantly attract the four little cutie at home. When you get home, you will be surrounded by love immediately.

 

 

 

右侧的墙壁做成了回忆廊，一些有纪念意义的小物，被做成了装饰画，入户也因此多了一份仪式感。

 

The wall on the right is made into a memory gallery, and some small commemorative objects are made into decorative paintings, so that the entry into the house has a more ceremonial feeling.

 

 

 

 

进入客厅之前，选择了一个复古机器人酒柜充当 ”门神“，让诺大的空间增添了一份小情趣，玄关处卸下一天的疲惫，而进入客厅后打开酒柜小酌一杯，灵魂也得到了放松。

 

Before entering the living room, I chose a retro robot wine cabinet to act as the "door god", which added a small interest to the space. The porch unloaded the fatigue of the day, and the soul was relaxed after entering the living room to open the wine cabinet for a drink.

 

 

再进入客厅，我们拆除了原先次卧和客厅的半堵隔墙，用三联动移门作为隔断，这样日常打开，餐厅（多功能）与客厅形成了一个通透感十足的大开间！

 

Re-entering the living room, we removed the original second bedroom and the living room of the half wall, with three linkage door as a partition, so that the daily open, the dining room (multifunctional) and the living room formed a transparent sense of the big room!

 

 

客厅故意而为之的无主灯设计，尽可能的释放了层高。装饰灯盘下，没有臃肿的多人位沙发，仅铺了一张地毯，一方面留足了毛孩自由奔跑的场地，一方面也便于清洁打理。

 

The living room is deliberately designed without a main light, freeing up the height as much as possible. Under the decorative lamp plate, there is no bloated multi-seat sofa, and only a carpet is laid. On the one hand, there is enough space for hairy children to run freely, and on the other hand, it is easy to clean and manage.

 

 

 

2米1长的电视柜配85寸的大电视，在客厅、在餐厅、在吧台，在厨房，不想出门的周末电视打开，起居空间的各个角落，追剧都不会错过半点细节。

 

The 2-meter-long TV cabinet is equipped with a large TV of 85 inches. In the living room, in the dining room, in the bar, in the kitchen, the TV is turned on when you don't want to go out on weekends. In every corner of the living space, you will not miss any details.

 

 

玄关柜衔接了岛台，先生经常在此调制不同口味的饮品，一个敢做一个敢试，也就产生了生活的各种小惊喜。

 

The porch cabinet connects the island, where Mr. Wang often mixes different flavors of drinks. One dares to do one dares to try, which also produces a variety of small surprises in life.

 

 

 

拆掉了原来厨房两侧隔墙，厨房拥有了2个出入口，通向客厅也通向玄关，如此，开放式厨房形成了洄游动线。除了与餐厅（功能房）南北贯通，通风性能大大提升，也让多个功能区融为一体，空间更具互动性。

 

The original partition walls on both sides of the kitchen were removed, and the kitchen had two entrances leading to the living room and the porch. Thus, the open kitchen formed a migration line. In addition to the north-south connection with the restaurant (function room), the ventilation performance is greatly improved, but also allows multiple functional areas to be integrated, and the space is more interactive.

 

 

从玄关处看向厨房，一起回家的夫妇，厨房、客厅分流，调酒做饭，日常相伴。

原来北侧的功能阳台，拆除了隔墙门窗，将整个空间容纳进厨房，一方面补充了厨房的收纳，一方面空间视野也更为开阔。

将一些略有噪音的设备安置于远离起居的区域，最内里侧同样做了盥洗池，安装了厨余垃圾处理器，美观与功能一个不落下。

 

In the original functional balcony on the north side, the partition doors and Windows were removed to accommodate the whole space into the kitchen, which on the one hand supplemented the storage of the kitchen and on the other hand broadened the space vision.

Some noisy equipment is placed far away from the living area, the innermost side of the toilet is also built, installed kitchen waste disposal, both beautiful and functional.

 

 

厨房看向起居空间，LDK集成的厨房、客厅、餐厅，最大化了空间视野与互动性！左侧烹饪区，背后是冰箱和餐边柜，面前就是开阔的客餐厅。

 

The kitchen looks towards the living space, and the LDK integrates the kitchen, living room and dining room to maximize the space view and interactivity! The cooking area on the left, with the refrigerator and side cabinets at the back, and the open guest dining room in front.

 

 

 

改造插曲，拆除非承重墙后，留下了一个很粗壮的承重立柱，很碍眼，于是我们用不锈钢镜面做了一个四面镜，让柱体隐身。开始女主人还是挺担心不一定和谐，结果：喜出望外！超出预期的满意！

 

The transformation episode, after the removal of the non-load-bearing wall, left a very strong bearing column, very eyesore, so we use stainless steel mirror to make a four-sided mirror, so that the column stealth. The beginning of the hostess is still very worried not necessarily harmonious, the result: overjoyed! Satisfaction beyond expectation!

 

 

2口人吃饭2口人大小小圆桌足矣（有客来访，移步吧台区）。

为了让空间更加简洁，我们在餐厅（功能房）规划了一面墙壁的壁柜，成为了起居空间的储物中心，书柜、杂物柜、家政柜都在这里，储纳能力非常充足。

 

A small round table for two people is enough for two people to eat (when guests visit, move to the bar area).

In order to make the space more concise, we plan a wall cabinet in the dining room (function room), which becomes the storage center of the living space. The bookcase, sundries cabinet and housekeeping cabinet are all located here, and the storage capacity is very sufficient.

 

 

值得一提的是软配单品，简练克制，但小有来头：白桌来自西班牙品牌Sancal，餐椅则是简洁利落代表的GTV。

 

It is worth mentioning that the soft match single product, simple and restrained, but there is a small reason: the white table is from the Spanish brand Sancal, the dining chair is concise and neat representative of GTV.

 

 

 

拆除了一间次卧，如果有客人来访，两侧轨道门拉开，空间就被分割成独立的空间，放上气垫床，临时卧室超快诞生。

 

A second bedroom was removed. If guests came to visit, the track doors on both sides opened, and the space was divided into a separate space. The air mattress was put in, and the temporary bedroom was born very quickly.

 

 

夫妇俩偶尔在家办公，一个餐桌，一个吧台，互不打扰又相互陪伴。

 

The couple occasionally work from home, sharing a dining table and a bar, not to disturb each other and each other's company.

 

 

拆除了左侧厨房右侧次卧的隔墙后，东西轴线走道缩短了长度，面积的利用率也得到了提升，调整了原来的主卧门到右侧，新砌墙体填补了旧门洞。合二为一的“新主卧”双开门与合二为一的“新卫浴”对称而立。

 

After removing the partition wall of the second bedroom on the left side of the kitchen, the east-west axis walkway was shortened in length, and the utilization ratio of the area was also improved. 作为“浴缸”刚需大户，原户型的两个小小卫生间拆除隔墙后，“新”卫浴空间，面积升级到11m²，浴缸布局于原两处窄窗中心线，做足仪式感的同时，四周也富余充足的走道空间。

洗脸池左侧为洗衣机柜，换下来的脏衣服，顺手丢进去。加上门板，视觉上更为统一，也起到立刻消音的功效。

 

As a "bathtub" just needs a large household, after removing the partition wall of the two small toilets of the original house, the "new" bathroom space is upgraded to 11m square meters. The bathtub is arranged in the center line of the original two narrow Windows, which makes the sense of ritual enough at the same time, there are plenty of aisle space around.

The laundry cabinet is on the left side of the washbasin. Please throw the dirty clothes into it. With the door panel, the vision is more unified, but also play the effect of immediate sound reduction.

 

 

 

镜柜部分即做了开放式收纳也做了隐藏式收纳，兼顾方便与美观，内里处预留了插座，电动牙刷、剃须刀、吹风机都很方便。

 

The mirror cabinet is made of open storage and hidden storage, taking into account convenience and beauty, the socket is reserved inside, electric toothbrush, razor, hair dryer are very convenient.

 

 

从卫生间出来，正对面就是卧室了，门口的复古斗柜，选择了宽度正合适的一款。斗柜背后是原户型主卧门洞，填补后也有了走廊视觉尽头的优雅。这个部分也是我们留的一个小心机，目前夫妇俩5年内没有生育计划，保不准再远的未来有变化，目前仅夫妇两居住，将两卧室二合一，形成了超开阔了大卧室。（轻体墙易拆除，未来有变，也轻松拆改变更。）

 

From the bathroom, opposite is the bedroom, the retro bucket cabinet at the door, choose a width is appropriate. Behind the bucket cabinet is the door of the master bedroom of the original house, which also has the elegance of the visual end of the corridor after filling. This part is also a careful machine that we leave. At present, the couple has no birth plan in 5 years, and no further changes are allowed in the future. At present, only the couple lives together, and the two bedrooms are two in one, forming a super open bedroom. (Light body wall is easy to dismantle, future changes, also easy to dismantle change more.)

 

 

 

左右两侧都是飘窗，顶楼的采光通风优秀到无敌。除了二合一后的卧室面宽超大，原建筑本身进深也非常优秀，即便1.8的大床两侧宽裕的放了梳妆台和落地灯，也依然有通透充足的空间。

 

With bay Windows on both sides, the lighting and ventilation on the top floor are unbeatable. In addition to the oversized width of the two-in-one bedroom, the depth of the original building itself is also very excellent. Even if the 1.8 large bed is comfortably placed on both sides of the dresser and floor lamp, there is still a transparent and sufficient space.
