Different from the usual Nordic, MCM, French and other decorative projects, this couple of owners from the recommendation of friends, pay attention to space storage, prefer simple colors, so we completed a subtraction and different from other projects low color space.

改造前：

入户无玄关私密性较差，脱衣换鞋不便；

餐厅在主动线上，四周门窗闭合常年无采光；

狭长衣帽间，存储量有限且拿取不便；

厨房次卧相连，出入卧室经过厨房，烟易侵入卧室；

厨房开窗，管道井风口将油烟内灌，屋内油烟味不易散；

主卫面积较大，实际却不经常使用，用率低，家人更多使用次卫；

主、次卧面积充足，但收纳比较有限。

Before renovation:

The main sanitation area is large, but the actual use is not often, the rate is low, the family more use the secondary sanitation;

The main and second bedrooms are ample, but the storage is limited.

改造后：

入户处增设玄关收纳间，出入随行物品有去处，利用电视背景墙做隔断，增加私密性；

将原来常年无光的餐厅调整到原衣帽间区域，借助厨房的自然光线，餐厅更加明亮通畅；

次卫拆改成与客厅互动的开放式厨房，LDK空间增强互动性；

调整次卧动线，让原厨房向走道延展，增加储存空间，改变功能做为：衣帽间+洗衣房+家政间，家政工作更轻松；

调整主卫动线改主卫为公卫，向走道延展，置入淋浴区及浴缸功能满足不同沐浴需求；

客厅、主卧、次卧均采用顶天立地的木作柜，最大化空间的内存。

Adjust the moving line of the second bed, let the original kitchen extend to the corridor, increase the storage space, change the function as: cloakroom + laundry room + housekeeping room, housekeeping work is easier;

Adjust the moving line of the main bathroom to change the main bathroom to public health, extend to the corridor, put in the shower area and bathtub functions to meet different bathing needs;

The living room, the master bedroom and the second bedroom are all made of wood cabinet, which maximizes the memory of the space.

入户设置玄关，在右侧隐形门内设置了1.2米*1.6米约2㎡的储藏间(卸货区)，内部柜体分别设置350mm和550mm深两种规格柜体可满足放不同种类尺寸的物品，例如外套、包包、快递、出门携带的运动器材等，保证门厅的畅通、整洁，秩序井然。

希望客厅灵活多变，用轻巧的边几取代传统的茶几，留出更多的活动空间。木作柜体，采用半开放形式，看过的书籍，展示在柜体上方，举手方便拿取。开放书架隔层板下方嵌入LED灯条夜晚开启既能为书架带来层次感又给客厅空间提供柔和光线。
