有着多年以来旅居英国，西班牙留学生活的Richard和Emmey夫妇，喜欢开阔而明亮的居住氛围，比起英国的繁复、厚重，西班牙的精丽细碎，他们更喜欢“北欧”的明快，温暖，无拘束感！ 

基于此，本案的设计方向：一是在空间格局规划方面，将空间尽量呈现出开阔；二是通过随性的软装，减少规则营造放松感！

 

Richard and Emmey, who have lived in the UK and studied abroad in Spain for many years, like the open and bright living atmosphere. Compared with the complicated and heavy in the UK and the fine and delicate in Spain, they prefer the bright, warm and unrestrained feeling of "Northern Europe"!

Based on this, the design direction of this case: first, in the aspect of spatial pattern planning, the space will be as open as possible; Second, through casual soft clothing, reduce rules to create a sense of relaxation!

 

 

改造前：

1.户型方正，三个原始卧室面积均衡而适中，厨房、卫生间面积较小。

2.建筑北向采光，入户在南侧，与邻居共享采光的公区的走道很狭长，进入室内空间一下子很昏暗。

3.入户右侧被隔出了一间卧室   采光通风都比较差。

4.没有玄关，进入室内一览无余空间缺乏私密性。

5.厨房放下冰箱后，操作台面非常有限使用便捷度不够。

6.只有一个面积非常小的卫生间，考虑到未来两代多人居住使用也不够方便。

 

Before renovation:

1. The apartment is square, the area of three original bedrooms is balanced and moderate, and the area of kitchen and toilet is small.

2. The building has lighting in the north, and the entry is in the south. The walkway in the public area sharing lighting with neighbors is very narrow and long, making it very dark when entering the interior space.

3. There is a bedroom on the right side of the entrance with poor lighting and ventilation.

4. There is no entrance, and the unobstructed space inside lacks privacy.

5. After putting down the refrigerator in the kitchen, the operating table is very limited and the convenience is not enough.

6. There is only a very small bathroom, which is not convenient enough considering that more than two generations will live in the future.

 

 

改造后：

1.增设玄关，隐私保护同时增强仪式感 ，右侧改暗卧为衣帽间，归家“卸货”收纳充足；

2.入户左侧改为父母房，同时一卫改两卫，分割出父母房独立卫生间；

3.设置双台盆洗脸区，不占用卫浴内部面积，保证卫浴有充足使用尺度，另一方面实现卫浴，干湿分离；双台盆满足多人同时使用，与电视背景墙前后集成，面积利用更效率；

4.U型厨房延展台面，增设备餐与收纳空间   提升便捷度同时延展面宽扩大空间视野；

5.增设中岛备餐区方便与客厅家人交流互动，与洗面区衔接，环形动线便捷而更多趣味。

 

After the transformation:

1. Add a porch to protect privacy and enhance the sense of ceremony. Change the dark bedroom to cloakroom on the right side, and "unload" and store adequately at home;

2. The left side of the entrance is changed into the parents' room, and at the same time, one bathroom is changed into two bathrooms, and an independent toilet is divided into the parents' room;

3. Set up a double basin washing area, does not occupy the internal area of the bathroom, ensure that the bathroom has sufficient use scale, on the other hand, realize the separation of wet and dry bathroom; Double basin can be used by many people at the same time, integrated with the front and back of the TV background wall, more efficient use of area;

4. The U-shaped kitchen extends the table surface, increases the space for meal preparation and storage, improves the convenience, expands the surface width and expands the space vision;

5. Add the middle island meal preparation area, which is convenient for communication and interaction with family members in the living room, and connect with the washing area. The circular moving line is convenient and more interesting.

 

 

玄关隔断采用拱与透光砖元素。

归家得以缓冲同时增强了入户的仪式感。玄关隔断采用了部分透光砖若隐若现的空间内部，让空间更有趣味。

壁炉后侧是玄关储物间，外侧设置了MCM风格的三腿角柜，这里面放置的是夫妇俩从各个国家旅游带回来的纪念品，出门归家路过提示着幸福的过往。

客厅拆除了原来隔出来的卧室延展了进深，而面宽方面的拓展，结合开放式厨房，使空间横向纵向尽可能的开阔，采光也得到优化。

装饰方面，因为夫妇俩游历过多个国家，但还是最喜欢北欧家居中的人情味，空间中软装更注重与自然环境的结合，芦苇、木块，从旅途中淘回来的旧古董杂志架、蜡烛台，朴素自然有着原始独特美。

 

In terms of decoration, because the couple has traveled to many countries, they still like the human touch of Nordic home the most. The soft decoration in the space pays more attention to the combination with the natural environment. Reeds, wood blocks, old antique magazine racks and candle holders from the journey are simple and natural, with original and unique beauty.

 

 

 

 

隔板书架上，是夫妇俩人在外求学时房子里的装饰物品，在新家里也给它们留出了位置。

厨房原来是封闭的一个角落，放下冰箱后，空间非常拥挤。于是拆掉了隔墙，将橱柜向客厅延展开来，LDK集成，做成了开放式厨房，更便于家人互动，面宽延展，整个空间变得非常开阔。

延展出来的橱柜，配合岛台做成了西厨备餐区；橱柜下方嵌入了洗碗机，临近餐桌，除了洗涤餐具非常便捷，柜体内部也做足了收纳，也可兼职餐边柜。

洗涤区，纯手工的英伦复古风水龙头，和Farm house sink是业主夫妇全屋最喜欢的部分，在木制台面的衬托下，恍惚间仿佛回到了念书那会的旧时光。

另一侧做了中岛台，日常除了喝个咖啡，吃个简餐，这边也成了夫妇俩经常在家办公的场所。

中岛台+家政柜+洗面区，隐藏于玄关后侧。

设置双台盆洗脸区，一方面，给卫浴区内部马桶与淋浴足够的尺度；另一方面，多人同时使用也很便捷。在利用率方面，与电视背景墙前后集成，也提高面积的利用效率。

主卧和客厅一样，清爽的白色打底，除了定制柜，选用的活动家具：床、斗柜、杂志架床头柜，都采用的胡桃木材质，增添空间质感。

墙壁上的地图装饰画是夫妇俩早年间分别生活的城市，西班牙的巴塞罗那与英国的曼彻斯特，挂在了卧室，留作纪念。

儿童房在元素的使用中 ，采用的是男主人在英国留学时的居住空间的元素，过去和未来在这个空间中做了衔接。

儿童房做了半墙的黑板漆，留足了给小朋友涂涂画画的空间。

 

Half the wall of the children's room is painted with blackboard, leaving enough room for children to paint.

 

 

目前还没有小朋友，因此，采购了一些简单的书桌柜体暂时作为书房使用。

宜家购买的收纳柜，未来小朋友出生也可以作为玩具收纳柜。

阳台区域，除了部分作为晾衣区，一侧做了绿植。铺装了绿色的小花砖，夏日的夜晚一把昌迪加尔椅子，在阳台纳凉也非常浪漫！
