此区域需要兼具功能美观，功能作为休息等待的区域

减少工位数量，留出通道和等待区，增加了四组休闲沙发，灰色和橙色的跳色搭配，增添活力，不显呆板，茶几和沙发的方形元素，和玻璃边框统一，长灯改成短灯，进一步完善功能分区

After the renovation of the rest area

This area needs to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, serving as a resting and waiting area

Reduce the number of workstations, leave channels and waiting areas, and add four sets of leisure sofas. The combination of gray and orange jump colors adds vitality and does not appear dull. The square elements of the coffee table and sofa are unified with the glass frame, and the long lights are changed to short lights to further improve the functional zoning

因为正对门口的工位，办公感官不适，去除工位，空出大片空间

两个房间的玻璃对着入口，私密度不足，面积与其余办公室大同小异，如何利用此区域需要思考

Due to the workstation facing the entrance, the office feels uncomfortable, so removing the workstation leaves a large space available

The glass of two rooms faces the entrance, which lacks privacy and has a similar area to other offices. How to utilize this area needs to be considered

去除一组工位，利用隔墙板围出一个十二人的报告厅，原木色墙板带给人舒

适放松的感觉，落地玻璃与户型原有玻璃同源，也让报告厅通透明亮

围在里面的办公室作为小型会议室使用，确保了私密性

The design requirements include a tea room and a negotiation room. This area is independent and quiet to meet the needs of the tea room. Therefore, in its divided area, partition walls are closed, and the corridor flow is also optimized

茶室及洽谈室改造后

原木色隔墙板和报告厅统一，与工业风裸顶相互碰撞

木制博古架和茶桌构筑中式风格，考虑到长时间交谈的疲惫，洽谈室选用了中式沙发，红色的格栅板背景墙让整个空间多了典雅，少了清冷

The wooden partition panels and the auditorium are unified, colliding with the bare roof of the industrial wind

The wooden antique stand and tea table are constructed in a Chinese style. Considering the fatigue of long conversations, the negotiation room has chosen a Chinese sofa, and the red grille panel background wall adds elegance to the entire space, reducing coldness
