金水河连接郑州新老城区，见证了郑州历史的辉煌，孕育着城市未来发展的重要力量。历史上金水河两岸经多次改造，但种种原因导致仍未得到整体的合理组织协调，水系、建筑和滨河绿地仍存在诸多问题，部分景观节点潜力没有充分挖掘，难以发挥金水河良好的景观价值和生态作用。金水路承担了城市重要交通任务，但限制条件太多，严重影响城市整体的运行效率。为提升金水河“一河两岸”建设品质，创造文化丰富、环境优美、生态宜居、富有活力的滨水空间，打造科学合理的城市格局，开展郑州市金水河“一河两岸”城市设计。

 

Jinshui River connects the new and old urban areas of Zhengzhou, witnessing the glorious history of Zhengzhou and gestating an important force for the future development of the city. In history, the two banks of Jinshui River have been reconstructed for many times, but due to various reasons, the overall reasonable organization and coordination have not been achieved. There are still many problems in the water system, buildings and riverside green space, and the potential of some landscape nodes has not been fully tapped, making it difficult to give full play to the good landscape value and ecological role of Jinshui River. Jinshui road undertakes the important traffic task of the city, but there are too many restrictions, which seriously affect the overall operation efficiency of the city. In order to improve the construction quality of "one river and two banks" of Jinshui River, create a waterfront space with rich culture, beautiful environment, ecological livability and vitality, and create a scientific and reasonable urban pattern, the urban design of "one river and two banks" of Jinshui River in Zhengzhou is carried out.

 

 

规划理念：金水新景，中州一脉

金水河区域的打造，是对中原文明和华夏文化的“一脉相承”，是展现中原地区魅力的一条“生态文明走廊”，是彰显华夏文化的一脉“文化传承系带”。以“创新功能的引入、历史文化的传承、生态景观的打造、滨水活力的复兴”，构筑金水河全新的形象特质，描绘“金水新景”。

 

Planning concept: Jinshui new scenery, Zhongzhou vein

The construction of the Jinshuihe region is the "one continuous line" of the civilization of the Central Plains and the Chinese culture, a "corridor of ecological civilization" that shows the charm of the Central Plains, and a "cultural heritage tie" that highlights the Chinese culture. With "the introduction of innovative functions, the inheritance of history and culture, the creation of ecological landscapes, and the revitalization of waterfront vitality", the new image characteristics of Jinshui River are constructed, and the "new scenery of Jinshui" is described.

 

 

规划目标：唤醒沉睡中的金水河，塑造代表郑州精神气质、传承历史记忆的城市景观河。

 

Planning goal: wake up the sleeping Jinshui River, and create an urban landscape river that represents Zhengzhou's spiritual temperament and inherits historical memory.

 

 

规划策略：规划提出了沿河区域提升共荣，功能牵引活力复兴，人水对话岸线重筑，文化传承创新体验，生态调节绿色潆城，旧城复兴优质营城六大策略。

 

Planning strategy: the plan puts forward six strategies: promoting common prosperity along the river, rejuvenating the vitality of function traction, rebuilding the coastline of human water dialogue, cultural inheritance and innovative experience, ecological regulation, green shecheng, and rejuvenating the old city into a high-quality city.

 

 

空间结构： “一河、两脉、六区段”。一河：金水河；两脉：中州文脉，生态绿脉；六区段：CBD 拓展区段、中州文化创新区段、中州之窗区段、学府创意区段、滨水栖居区段、生态涵养区段。

 

Spatial structure: "one river, two veins, six sections". One river: Jinshui River; Two veins: Zhongzhou cultural vein and ecological green vein; Six sections: CBD expansion section, Zhongzhou cultural innovation section, Zhongzhou window section, University Creative section, waterfront residential section, and ecological conservation section.

 

 

核心区设计：在复兴中描绘蓝图，在记忆中寻找文化，建立城市公园体系，是城市回归滨水生活。打造中州文化产业基地；品味华夏文化底蕴；开启郑州公园时代；体验滨水品质生活。
