整个居住区为2幢高层住宅、16幢多层住宅及6幢联排别墅组成的建筑群，在建筑风貌上既保留了传统民居特色，又融入了现代海派风格。在设计上大胆采用了“意构”手法，寓比拟、象征于实景，将小区中央6幢多层底部架空形成8000平方的环境塑造空间，在架空层中间突出4块组团绿化，占小区总面积的30%，使建筑特色和绿化景观相互渗透，浑然一体。

The whole residential area is a building complex composed of 2 high-rise residential buildings, 16 multi-storey residential buildings and 6 townhouses. In terms of architectural style, it not only retains the characteristics of traditional dwellings, but also integrates the modern Shanghai style. In the design, the "meaning construction" technique is boldly adopted, combining analogy and symbolization in the real scene. The six multi-storey bottom buildings in the center of the community are overhead to form an 8000 square meter environment shaping space, and four clusters of greening are highlighted in the middle of the overhead floor, accounting for 30% of the total area of the community, so that the architectural features and greening landscape are mutually penetrated and integrated.

新福康里有6个架空层以6大主题作为设计中心：童趣迷宫坊、聚客茗茶坊、健身休憩坊、水井古意坊、居史鉴赏坊、观鱼谈天坊，凸显了“以人为本”的建筑构思。青年人在树林间漫步，儿童在迷宫灌木中嬉戏，老人在池畔亭内赏花品茗，蓝天与绿水掩映，人工和自然交融，历史同现代汇聚，从而将“亦真亦幻、宛自天开”的石库门建筑风格发挥得淋漓尽致。

Xinfukangli has six overhead floors, with six themes as the design center: Children's maze square, juke tea square, fitness and rest square, ancient water well square, residential history appreciation square, fish watching and talking square, highlighting the architectural concept of "people-oriented". Young people stroll among the trees, children play in the maze shrubs, old people enjoy flowers and tea in the pool Pavilion, the blue sky and green water are hidden, man-made and nature blend, and history and modernity converge, so as to give full play to the Shikumen architectural style of "true and unreal, Wan Zitian Kai".
