企业自成立以来，与多国和港澳地区开展了广泛的技术合作和人才交流活动。设计范围遍及全国，远达全球20多个国家和地区，创作了大批具有时代特征的地标工程。

 

Since its establishment, the enterprise has carried out extensive technical cooperation and talent exchange activities with many countries and Hong Kong and Macao regions. The design covers the whole country, reaching more than 20 countries and regions around the world, and has created a large number of landmark projects with the characteristics of the times.

 

拥有专业技术人员1300余人。其中，一级注册建筑师106人，一级注册结构工程师131人，其他各类注册200余人次，享受国务院特殊津贴专家13人，省、市专家40人，正高职高级工程师100人，高级工程师310人。有7人荣获“中国青年建筑师”称号；13人入选武汉市“黄鹤英才（专项）计划”；中国工程勘察设计协会行业奖评审专家5人；中国建筑学会资深专家库委员3人；9人取得内地与香港互认的建筑师和结构工程师资格；5人获英国结构工程师学会正会员资格；特聘中国工程院资深院士和中国工程勘察设计大师各1人。

 

It has more than 1300 professional and technical personnel. Among them, there are 106 first-class registered architects, 131 first-class registered structural engineers, more than 200 other types of registrations, 13 experts enjoying special allowances of the State Council, 40 provincial and municipal experts, 100 senior engineers in Higher Vocational Education and 310 senior engineers. Seven people won the title of "Chinese young architects"; 13 people were selected into the "Yellow Crane talent (special) plan" of Wuhan; 5 review experts for the industry award of China Engineering Survey and Design Association; 3 members of senior expert database of China Architectural Society; 9 have obtained the qualifications of architects and structural engineers recognized by the mainland and Hong Kong; 5 persons have obtained full membership of the British Institute of structural engineers; One senior academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering and one Chinese engineering survey and design master are specially invited.

 

此外，企业还内设国家级博士后科研工作站、院士专家工作站和武汉市博士后创新实践基地等研究机构，持联合国教科文组织工业遗产教席。

 

In addition, the enterprise also has national postdoctoral scientific research workstation, academician expert workstation, Wuhan postdoctoral innovation practice base and other research institutions, and holds the UNESCO Chair on industrial heritage.

 

作为全国创新型优秀企业、当代中国建筑设计百家名院，企业已连续十余年入选ENR“中国工程设计企业60强”。六十余载的厚重积淀中，共荣获了700余项国际/国家/省/市级优秀工程设计奖、80余项科技进步奖，主编或参编50余项国家和地方技术标准，拥有2项国家发明专利、88项实用新型专利、30余项软件著作权，出版科技专著20余部。

 

 

As a national innovative excellent enterprise and one of the top 100 architectural design institutes in contemporary China, the enterprise has been selected into ENR "Top 60 Chinese engineering design enterprises" for more than ten consecutive years. Over the past 60 years, it has won more than 700 international / national / provincial / municipal excellent engineering design awards, more than 80 scientific and technological progress awards, edited or participated in editing more than 50 national and local technical standards, owned 2 national invention patents, 88 utility model patents, more than 30 software copyrights, and published more than 20 scientific and technological monographs.
