The National Culture and History Park is located in Zhichuan Town, Hancheng, Shaanxi Province. It is the first phase project of the Jushui River Ecological Landscape Project in Hancheng, Shaanxi Province, and is also a famous scenic spot in the place. 公园内的植被覆盖率高，花卉繁多，花开时节，走进国家文史公园仿佛走入了花的海洋，玉兰、海棠、樱花、丁香、桂花等诸多品类的花卉云集于此，飘香阵阵。公园内的环境优美，可娱乐和观赏性的景观较多，可以在司马湖里划船、在澽水河里观鱼，最主要的就是能够在司马追风阁赏月观荷，韵味十足。这些出现在想象之中的美景都将会在这座公园变成现实。

计划单列后的韩城市有一个新梦想：全面升级改造传统工业，创建国家新能源示范市，把昔日的“煤城”建成“生态城”。为此，韩城市委、市政府提出了一个“三年千亿元产业振兴计划”，计划用3年时间，培育打造循环高效、生态清洁的新型工业体系，这就是韩城市重点项目——国家文史公园建设。

国家文史公园项目着力打造“一湖一堤二溪三岛”和“十景十二园”。其中，一湖为司马湖，一堤为柳堤映翠，二溪为蓉溪、桃花溪，三岛为蓬莱霁雪岛、琼岛揽月岛、瀛洲观荷岛。十景为司马探梅、芝川古渡、司马追风阁、瀛洲观荷、柳堤映翠、澽水观鱼、蓬莱霁雪、枫林啼莺、琼岛揽月、桃渊花溪。十二园为玉兰园、玉兰园、石榴园、樱花园、绣球园、丁香园、桂花园、月季园、梅花园、芙蓉园、紫薇园、桃花园。

The National Cultural and Historical Park project focuses on creating "one lake, one embankment, two streams, and three islands" and "ten scenic spots and twelve gardens". Among them, one lake is Sima Lake, one embankment is Liudi Yingcui, two streams are Rongxi and Taohua Creeks, and the three islands are Penglai Jixue Island, Qiongdao Ranyue Island, and Yingzhou Guanhe Island. The ten scenic spots include Sima Tanmei, Zhichuan Ancient Ferry, Sima Chasing Wind Pavilion, Yingzhou Guanhe, Liudi Yingcui, Jushui Guanyu, Penglai Jixue, Fenglin Crying Orioles, Qiongdao Ranyue, and Taoyuan Huaxi. The twelve gardens include Yulan Garden, Yulan Garden, Pomegranate Garden, Cherry Blossom Garden, Embroidery Garden, Clove Garden, Osmanthus Garden, Rose Garden, Plum Blossom Garden, Hibiscus Garden, Ziwei Garden, and Peach Blossom Garden.

景观和文化的完美结合，这是公园的特色。建设者们还将全面打造史记成语园、史记博物馆，采取故事地雕、诗文碑刻、人物故事小品、景墙等，全方位、多角度展示史记文化。

The perfect combination of landscape and culture is the characteristic of the park. The builders will also comprehensively build a Historical Record Idiom Park and a Historical Record Museum, showcasing historical record culture from various angles and perspectives, including story ground carvings, poetic inscriptions, character story sketches, and scenic walls.
