The 220 kV Wuli Substation is a power transmission and transformation project of Guizhou Power Grid, with a total investment of 190 million yuan. On December 18, 2020, the 220 kV Wuli Substation was completed and put into operation.

项目简介

220千伏五里变电站可提供贵阳市花果园大型城市综合体160兆伏安的负荷容量，日均增加供电量380万千瓦时，不仅能承载花果园片区满负荷用电，供电能力还可以覆盖贵阳市三马片区、老客车站和紫林庵片区，充分缓解区域电力负荷缺口的紧急问题，进一步优化和改善贵阳中部电网网架结构，缩短供电半径，提高贵阳市区域供电可靠性。

Project Introduction

The 220 kV Wuli substation can provide a load capacity of 160 MVA for the large-scale urban complex of Huayuan in Guiyang, with a daily increase of 3.8 million kilowatt hours. It can not only carry the full load electricity consumption of Huayuan area, but also cover the Sanma area, Old Bus Station, and Zilin'an area of Guiyang, fully alleviating the urgent problem of regional power load shortage, further optimizing and improving the grid structure of the central power grid in Guiyang, shortening the power supply radius, and improving the regional power supply reliability.

作为服务50万人口超大型城市社区“友邻民生工程”，220千伏五里变电站在变电站噪声、电磁辐射、能耗控制、高层建筑光污染方面取得了有效突破，使变电站真正成为超大型城市社区的“友好邻居”。该变电站建设了一座运行高可靠性、高满意度的“双高工程”，全封闭组合电气采用无尘化安装工艺，源头控制，保证设备运行安全的高可靠性。全站配置可视化监测，采用智能远动自动化系统，五防逻辑清晰正确，网安建设“三同步”，是本地区新技术运用的典范工程。全站全户内布置，每层平面布置建、构筑物、电气设备紧凑合理，变电站用地仅10.39亩，为城市核心区建设高品质220千伏变电站探索出一条可行之路。

As a "friendly neighbor livelihood project" serving a super large urban community with a population of 500000, the 220 kV Wuli substation has made effective breakthroughs in substation noise, electromagnetic radiation, energy consumption control, and high-rise building light pollution, making the substation truly a "friendly neighbor" of the super large urban community. The substation has built a "double high project" with high reliability and satisfaction in operation. The fully enclosed combination electrical system adopts dust-free installation technology, source control, and ensures high reliability of equipment operation safety. The entire station is equipped with visual monitoring, intelligent remote control automation system, clear and correct five prevention logic, and "three synchronization" of network security construction, which is a model project for the application of new technologies in the local area. The entire station is arranged indoors, with compact and reasonable layout of buildings, structures, and electrical equipment on each floor. The substation only covers an area of 10.39 acres, exploring a feasible path for the construction of high-quality 220 kV substations in the urban core area.

2023年1月20日，由中国安装协会组织评选的2021-2022年度第二批中国安装工程优质奖名单公布，南方电网贵阳供电局220千伏五里变电站入选“安装之星”工程。

Honors received

On January 20, 2023, the second batch of China Installation Engineering Quality Awards for 2021-2022, organized by the China Installation Association, was announced. The 220 kV Wuli Substation of Guiyang Power Supply Bureau of Southern Power Grid was selected as the "Installation Star" project.

2020年12月17日14时10分，由南方电网贵州送变电有限责任公司承建的贵州省重点电网建设项目——贵阳五里220千伏变电站一号主变第一次充电成功，标志着该工程正式建成投运。工程投运将彻底解决花果园超大型城市社区、三马片区、老客车站和紫林庵片区用电难的社会矛盾，满足贵阳城南负荷发展的需要，改善贵阳城南电网结构，提高贵阳城市供电可靠性。

At 14:10 on December 17, 2020, the first successful charging of the No. 1 main transformer of Guiyang Wuli 220 kV Substation, a key power grid construction project in Guizhou Province undertaken by Southern Power Grid Guizhou Power Transmission and Transformation Co., Ltd., marked the official completion and operation of the project. The operation of the project will completely solve the social contradiction of electricity shortage in the Huaguoyuan super large urban community, Sanma area, Old Bus Station, and Zilin'an area, meet the needs of load development in the south of Guiyang, improve the structure of the power grid in the south of Guiyang, and enhance the reliability of urban power supply in Guiyang.

贵州送变电公司施工项目部密切配合业主单位做好投运前的调试、验收、处理缺陷等工作，为工程“零缺陷”投产贡献力量。作为南方电网贵州电网公司今年第一个复工复产的工程，尽管面临工期紧、任务重、时间和节点要求高等困难，施工项目部攻坚克难，严格工程质量管控，抓实安全生产，加强工地形象建设，顶住项目建设压力，最终在保质保量的前提下，圆满并提前完成了施工建设任务，实现“零缺陷”交付业主，得到了业主的好评。此外，在工程建设过程中，施工项目部以工程创优为目标导向，科学创新管理，对工程质量、进度、安全把控到位。

The construction project department of Guizhou Power Transmission and Transformation Company closely cooperates with the owner unit to carry out pre commissioning debugging, acceptance, and defect handling work, contributing to the "zero defect" production of the project. As the first project of China Southern Power Grid Guizhou Power Grid Company to resume work and production this year, despite facing difficulties such as tight schedule, heavy tasks, high requirements for time and nodes, the construction project department overcame the difficulties, strictly controlled engineering quality, implemented safety production, strengthened construction site image construction, and withstood project construction pressure. Finally, on the premise of quality and quantity assurance, the construction task was successfully and ahead of schedule, achieving "zero defects" delivery to the owner, and received praise from the owner.
