1993年，Daniel 和Matthew 两兄弟最初以“城市艺术家”为名创建了UAP。 同期也成立了工作室和制作工厂，助力项目，与艺术家合作，实现公共领域中的艺术。他们的合作模式为艺术家提供空间去发挥创意，钻研材质，交付项目并扩展他们创意实践。两兄弟共同建立了一个敬业热情，充满凝聚力，能交付高品质项目的团队。
In 1993, Daniel and Matthew initially created UAP under the name "City Artist". During the same period, studios and production factories were also established to support projects, collaborate with artists, and achieve art in the public domain. Their collaborative model provides artists with space to unleash their creativity, study materials, deliver projects, and expand their creative practices. The two brothers have jointly established a team that is dedicated, cohesive, and capable of delivering high-quality projects.
