中心设立在昆山花桥国际创新港 A 12幢内,占地面积800平，以马德里理工大学建筑学院作为学术背景依托，以智慧城市及智能化建筑研究为导向，引进国际化一流的研究型人才及创新型团队，为中国现代化城市建设与城市复兴助力，为未来城市、景观、建筑的发展领航。

The center is set up in building a 12, Kunshan Huaqiao International Innovation port, covering an area of 800 square meters. Relying on the Architecture School of Madrid University of technology as the academic background, guided by the research on smart cities and intelligent buildings, the center introduces international first-class research talents and innovative teams to help China's modern urban construction and Urban Renaissance, and lead the development of cities, landscapes and buildings in the future.
