本公司重组建于二○○三年六月，具独立法人资格的综合性（集规划、建筑、景观、结构、水、电、管理于一体的），设计公司业务遍及全国。公司在重组前后的一年多时间内，共计承担和完成各类商用和住宅类项目30余个，包括设计的项目，设计内容涵盖建筑与工程设计的全部内容，包括建筑、规划、结构、给排水、空调通讯、建筑智能化、电力电讯、民用动力和建筑消防、人防工程的设计、咨询。

The company was restructured and established in June 2003. It is a comprehensive design company with independent legal personality (integrating planning, architecture, landscape, structure, water, electricity and management). Its business covers the whole country. Within more than one year before and after the restructuring, the company has undertaken and completed more than 30 commercial and residential projects, including design projects. The design content covers all the contents of architectural and engineering design, including the design and consulting of architecture, planning, structure, water supply and drainage, air conditioning and communication, building intelligence, power and telecommunications, civil power, building fire protection and civil air defense projects.
