中国美术学院风景建筑设计研究总院有限公司始建于1984年，具有国家建设部颁发的建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级、风景园林工程设计专项甲级资质、室内装饰设计甲级资质、城乡规划编制甲级资质、市政行业专业乙级资质、文物保护工程勘察设计乙级资质、展览工程一级资质，可承担资质证书许可范围内相应的建设工程总承包业务及相关的技术与管理服务。2014年企业正式通过了ISO9001、ISO14000、GB/T18001三合一体系认证，2019年企业通过3A认证。

Founded in 1984, China Academy of fine arts landscape architecture design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. has grade a qualification in the construction industry (Construction Engineering), grade a qualification for landscape architecture engineering design, grade a qualification for interior decoration design, grade a qualification for urban and rural planning preparation, grade B qualification in the municipal industry, grade B qualification for survey and design of cultural relics protection engineering, and grade I qualification for exhibition engineering issued by the Ministry of construction, It can undertake the corresponding general contracting business of construction projects and relevant technical and management services within the scope permitted by the qualification certificate. In 2014, the enterprise officially passed ISO9001, ISO14000 and gb/t18001 three in one system certification, and in 2019, the enterprise passed 3A certification.

经过多年的努力和发展，研究总院已形成15个设计分院、4个外地分院、4个中心、3个直属工作室。每年承接上千个项目。拥有各类注册师140多人，中级以上职称700多人，其中高级工程师级别以上200多人。人才实力雄厚，而且拥有一批影响行业发展的知名设计师。

After years of efforts and development, the General Research Institute has formed 15 design branches, 4 field branches, 4 centers and 3 directly subordinate studios. Undertake thousands of projects every year. It has more than 140 registered engineers of various types, more than 700 with intermediate or above professional titles, including more than 200 with senior engineer level or above. It has strong talent strength and has a number of well-known designers who affect the development of the industry.

创业至今，在各级主管部门领导的关怀下，在自身不断探索努力下，已经具有了相当的技术和创作积累，建成项目均获得良好的社会反响。企业先后被授予“优秀文化创意企业”﹑“文化创意产业重点企业”﹑“年度经济发展工作先进企业”等荣誉称号。设计完成的优秀项目也层出不穷，多项作品获国际、部级、省级、市级大奖，被业界誉为“美院现象”。
