公司现有员工约500 人，专业技术人员占比90%，其中本科以上学历占技术人员的比例达92%，硕士以上学历占比32%，博士以上学历占比2%。拥有高级职称50余人，国家注册城乡规划师60余人，专业技术涵盖城市规划、建筑学、经济学、经济地理学、交通工程、电气工程、景观规划、市政工程、电力电信等多个学科门类。
