建院二十年以来，我院发挥科技引领作用，规模不断发展壮大，技术力量日趋雄厚，在水生态环境综合治理、海绵城市研究、城乡规划与建筑工程、市政工程与风景园林等业务领域取得了卓越的成绩，同时与同济大学建筑设计研究院(集团)有限公司、华北水利水电大学、中铁建生态环境有限公司等高等院校、科研院所、专家团队深入合作，成立了科研中心，联合开发了“湖泊底泥处理技术”、“河流流域综合治理技术”，并主持编写了《河南省海绵城市建筑图集》，逐步形成核心技术和积累优质的工程案例，并在市场上赢得了广泛好评。

Over the past 20 years since its establishment, the Institute has played a leading role in science and technology, continuously developed and expanded its scale, and increasingly strengthened its technical force. It has made outstanding achievements in the business fields of comprehensive management of water ecological environment, sponge city research, urban and rural planning and construction engineering, Municipal Engineering and landscape architecture. At the same time, it has cooperated with Tongji University architectural design and Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., North China University of water resources and hydropower China railway construction ecological environment Co., Ltd. and other institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes and expert teams have cooperated in depth to establish a scientific research center, jointly developed "lake sediment treatment technology" and "river basin comprehensive treatment technology", and presided over the compilation of "Henan sponge city architectural atlas", gradually forming core technologies and accumulating high-quality engineering cases, which has won wide praise in the market.
