北京市市政工程设计研究总院有限公司(以下简称“北京市政总院”)创建于1955年,2013年完成转企改制,2014年对北京市勘察设计研究院实施重组,2016年与北京控股集团有限公司合并重组,2017年投资入股香港上市公司思城控股有限公司,进入国际资本市场,旗下拥有12家全资及控股企业,6家主要参股企业。

 

Beijing Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute") was founded in 1955. In 2013, it completed the enterprise transformation and restructuring. In 2014, it restructured Beijing survey and Design Institute. In 2016, it merged and restructured with Beijing Holding Group Co., Ltd. in 2017, it invested in Sicheng Holdings Co., Ltd., a Hong Kong listed company, and entered the international capital market. 北京市政总院先后荣获“国家高新技术企业”、“中关村国家自主创新示范区十百千工程企业”、“全国工程勘察设计先进企业”、“北京市设计创新中心”等称号,连续11次被评为“北京市守信企业”,连续10年被评为“信用等级AAA级单位”和“纳税信用A级企业”,是中国勘察设计协会市政工程设计分会会长单位及市政行业14个学会、协会的挂靠单位。

北京市政总院坚持科技创新引领发展,设立工程技术研究中心作为科研管理与创新平台,承担大量国家重大科技专项、科技部重点计划、北京市及各部委的科研课题,拥有一批自主知识产权与核心技术,主编、参编百余项国家和行业技术规范、标准和设计手册。近三十年来,荣获国家级、部、市级优秀咨询、勘察、设计和科学技术等奖项千余项,包括土木工程詹天佑奖18项,全国优秀设计金奖、银奖30项,全国优秀勘察金奖、银奖15项,国家优质工程奖39项等。被认定为“北京市城市桥梁安全保障工程技术研究中心”、“北京市供水水质工程技术研究中心”、“北京市环境岩土工程技术研究中心”以及“北京市道路与市政管线地下病害工程技术研究中心”。

 

Adhering to the guidance of scientific and technological innovation for development, Beijing Municipal General Institute of technology has established an engineering technology research center as a scientific research management and innovation platform to undertake a large number of national major science and technology projects, key plans of the Ministry of science and technology, and scientific research projects of Beijing and various ministries and commissions.
